We were about to dine in but literally there was no where clean to sit! No customers but lobby was filthy and employees were standing around! On top of that we waited about 10 mins for our food and husband sandwich was wrong and fries were cold! Won't be returning to this location
If Google Maps says the store closes at 11, I shouldn’t pull up and be denied service at 9:15 because the restaurant is “closed”. I placed my order thru the app so not only did I not get my food, but now have to wait until 11 when the store actually closes to get my money back. Disgraceful
I gave them 2 stars because they were better than 1. They always get my order right so that warrants 2 stars BUT if you order a large fry there's always a good chance they will short you on fries and only put about a medium worth in a large fry container. Also they will give you cold fries as well q

Called the district manager and still have not recieved a call back from them and it's almost been 2 months. 15 bucks wasted. Those people need to be properly trained, properly paid, and then maybe they would take the initiative to do better at their jobs....just saying!
