Every time I go into Subway I really feel like more people should know about it. I have been in here three times in the past 3 weeks, and each time I have been served by a different person with the service has been the same. That service has been simply awesome. I have no qualms with tipping the employees because they deserve it. One lady one time even offered me fresh cookies when I had to order them and she said they came right out of the oven and let me just tell you those jokers were so soft and delicious. Each time I've ordered a different sub, but it doesn't matter they all taste great. Although I am a little frustrated with Subway and the price increase, that has nothing to do with the staff at this particular Subway. I encourage anyone who is in the Edwards lake Road area to come by and try the subway it's located on the corner of the shopping center next to McDonald's. Thank you so much to the staff and to the people that continually serve me here and put up with me.

Walked in today to inquire of they were participating in the 5.99 any footlong deal that was emailed out this morning. The guy responded "Subway hasn't had a $5 footlong in 15 years". I informed him that it was an offer on the app and an email that came saying it was 5.99 but he only laughed. I thought that was very rude. The only reason I even asked is because this location doesn't always participate in the national promotions and wanted to before I started ordering.. looking at the other reviews this location has an history of rude staff. I have attached to email promotion for reference.

So the ladies there were very nice. I ask that people be patient with them, because they are filling out to go orders (pick ups, Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) I had the Steak and Cheese protein bowl. Vegetables were fresh and the young lady took her time with my order to make it as I requested. Kudos to the two ladies there 3/28/21. My bowl was yummy.
Management should be happy that they have people like this preparing orders as if the customers requesting the food were present. I have had call-ins before, lol... I think secretly they hope you don't look before you leave. Anyone ordering from here would have had nothing to worry about.

It is the usual high quality quick pick up sandwiches, but the night I was there (8:30 or so), you would never have known that it was such a late service request. The Subway staff was welcoming, very good humored and friendly. A nice end to a very long workday for me!

Was rudely turned away by a woman making weird gestures with her hands. I wasn't sure what she was doing. As I got closer she was shaking her head at me and saying something about me to the people inside. Then she throws her hands up and yells we're closed. This was 15 minutes before they close. It only takes like 3 minutes to make a sandwich. Hey if subway don't want my money firehouse subs does. Won't ever be returning to this subway!!!
