Just received this RAW buffalo chicken sandwich in my order. Over the phone, the supposed "manager" of this store did not seem to grasp the severity of serving raw chicken. This is a clear health violation. See attached pictures. Absolutely disgusting.

It was horrible service we came in. We was the first one in line. The cashier didn't take us right way. He wasn't doing anything making us wait for no reason. Then an older lady came in he tried to get her first. We told no we were here first. Then after all that we went to get our food. The cashier had attitude about our food. Food was great but service sucked. I'm not gonna pay 45$ even if foods good if we get bad service

this Arby’s location is the best! I live in Tuscaloosa, so when I’m in this area, I always go in and have a salad. This place is always clean, excellent service, and always the freshest salads.

Very nice people polite, food was great and milk shake I didn't need was Great... very clean lobby, bathroom etc... important today with what's going on in the world today and having kids and all, we live hour and half away in a small town my wife had Lasik eye surgery today and I got ESPN on Arby's sandwich and Fries, drink and milk shake I'm set lol... Order cheese sticks but got nothing but shells waited almost 20 minutes for my food and this is what I got horrible service got my half pound cheddar sandwich and didn't even have no cheddar on it was the same size as a single call them up to see if we can get it fixed but put me on hold and never answered again

My food was placed in a shopping bag , and I was greeted with “thank you for choosing Taco Bell” I understand kids play & want to past time at work, but please don’t play while handling people’s food…. Wow
