I usually love Wendy's burgers and my wife loves their salads. Went on Monday. Not very busy. Ordered, got change back was short a dime.
Told the cashier he owed me a dime.
Cashier: I don't have a dime
Me: Do you have 2 nickles?
Cashier: don't have 2 nickles.
Me: how about another register?
Cashier: let me see. (And got a dime)
It wasn't about the dime, rather him initially not telling me.
Went to get drinks and 60% of flavors did not work.
Sat at table and it was dirty. No condiments out, no napkins....just drink lids and straws.
My burger and fries were excellent, and wife enjoyed her salad. However the salad she wanted was out of stock and they subsumed a 40 cents less expensive salad.
Did not asked for refund as that might have taken rest of my day

On my lunch went some where else . The line was to long saw others pulling into Wendy's over here in Greenspring so I followed. The person that took my order was very pleasant. She even helped me pick which 4 for 4 I wanted no other Wendy's give me a choice. The moved quickly got to the window the cashier was very friendly . Don't get that at the one on Roebuck. The food was delivered hot and Fresh. I also can enjoy my lunch and get back to work on time. Thank you for your awesome service today. I will be back.

I never like to complain but I order a 10pieces nuggets meal on July 8 little after 12 and whoever they have cooking the fries NEED to slow down on the salt I couldn’t enjoy my food

Barely any staff members. Line always long and goes slow every time. If you go through the drive thru 15 minutes will go past before someone acknowledges you on the mic. Just TERRIBLE.

Gotta give credit when it's due.....it was a Friday night when most other places were closed so the drive thru line was loooong. But the pleasant voice that took my order gave no indication of stress. I received my order quickly, food was good and fresh, and I will certainly be back!

Went for breakfast, the scanner for coupons didn't work. The dining room ceiling was leaking, the drink machine had somehow out of 100+ options had about 4 options. Totally run down place just go to another one.

Chicken sandwich from drive-thru. Must have been sitting for hours. Completely dried out. Inedible. Someone is not paying attention to quality at this Wendy’s.

I love visiting this Wendy's! I typically go through the drive-thru where they know me by name. Tony is always upbeat and very friendly! Fries are always crispy!
