Food is good. But the employees are ALWAYS rude. I don’t expect 5 start service. But they literally never let you finish your order in the drive through. And get an awful Attitude when you ask them to repeat what they said bc they speak so fast and unclear.
First of all they can never hear when they ask you for your order. We had to drive up to the Drive-thru and tell them our order. All ways with a bad attitude when I go! Arrived at 9:40p to be told they were “out of food”. I asked how that could be possible, and she said, “we are closed, and not making any more food.” I asked why they were closed during posted hours, and she refused to respond to me. This was the second time they’ve done this same thing to me over
What are trashy experience. An employee and his apparently ex girlfriend we’re having a literal fist fight in the dining area. Almost got hit trying to get away. Great place to drive thru and get food. The staff is usually very nice. The inside is also a cool place to look around. They also usually make you food fast as well. I would recommend the chicken finger plate. I would also recommend the 20 finger pack for family’s. Five stars, would recommend.
I have been to this Zaxby's 4 times in 2 months and everything the service is awful. 3 of 4 times I have gone I've been told they are out of everything but chicken fingers and its usually around f 7-8 PM when I go.
