My pizza was ordered by mobile app. I waited extra 20 minutes before leaving home. My order was correct, pizza hot, staff and manager provided excellent service. She, manager, asked to check my order before leaving and had short pleasant conversation. No complaints here!!!!!

Just wasted 23 dollars on the worst pizza experience. I orderd a large, one topping, stuffed crust pizza that wasn't even cooked fully. The pizza itself was so thin that there was portions of the pizza that was so hard you couldn't bite into it. I'm disgusted. They literally put no effort into any portion of this pizza. I used to only buy from Pizza Hut but you guys officially lost a customer.

I wish I could give you ZERO stars because you don't deserve one star PERIOD. I have ordered from you guys 3 times and every single time the service was more than terrible. The staff answers the phone like they at home. And I called Thursday night on the 10th at 9:18 you close at 10 this child puts me on hold and never came back to the phone. So I hang up and continue to call no answer I wasn't surprised because it happened twice already. I was so pissed. My husband just drove around there because we still gotta get food and we actually live right behind the restaurant. Yall need to hire better people who actually wanna work and give good service because right now all you have on the night shift is lazy ratchetness. Just because it's in the hood doesn't mean you have to get hood service but we won't be back I don't care how much my family likes Pizza Hut. I will take my business else where. Would have been done but the family wanted to give you another chance well not anymore I work to HARD for my coins.

Won't ever spend money here with those employees. They were out of family sized pasta pan, so I ordered 2 normal pans. The girl charged me for the 2 instead of fam sized. Which I thought was stupid since it's not my fault you'll were out. And the two ladies on that night shift had very nasty attitudes for no reason.

@ this location. I really don't believe our feedback matters. I was left on hold so long I forgot I'd called them....if the owner tried calling in, or going into the location they own it might be beneficial
( incognito) of course. But I guess that isn't important ither. Because I've. Sent emails on how bad services are....no change yet. Smh.

If you have the time call Pappa Johns. When the phone operator finally figured out my name, I proceeded to order. Had a coupon and yes I know specialty cost more but wanted to pay the difference regardless. The insult came when I wanted bone-in wings only to be told I couldn't get my pizza, and they no longer carried bone-in wings???!!!!

So I made an order at 9:10pm and apparently it said my order should arrive at 11:10 but they close at 11 so I made my order and never got my food! This is really messed up and very disapoidisapp

Ordered pizza last night from this location! My last time EVER! They initially said they were out of a particular crust, so I went with a different crust. The order was wrong, one pizza had not been cut, and the other pizza was literally folded over inside the box, because the box was the wrong size. Worst experience ever. For the manager(s) that might see this. I'm contacting the corporate office. I generally enjoy Pizza Hut and I really don't like complaining about these types of issues, but the service was unacceptable.
