This location is poorly managed, if at all. Usually the staff is fairly friendly. I am a frequent of this location since I work in the hospital. Today one barista was sitting at a table talking to a friend, the working barista saw that there was a huge line backed up and asked if she would help.
Great service every time! The staff is very friendly..plus they know me & my order each time without me telling them. Well..it also helps that I am a hospital employee so they may see me 3-4 days of the week..lol:)
