The staff did a fabulous job the day we had my grandsons birthday party. The lady assigned to our table was spectacular. She was knowledgeable about our birthday package and ran things very well. The food was good and best of all my four year old grandson had a blast. They do it big for the birthday child!!!! I would definitely recommend having your child’s party at Chuck E. Cheese!!!

I have been to this location several times and am always pleased. Tonight we celebrated my nephews birthday here and he had a blast. The place was very busy and seemed short staffed so the food took a while but the workers did the best they could and stayed friendly and helpful. Our pizza and wings were delicious, I just wish the food wasn’t so expensive-$34 for 8 wings and a medium pizza was a bit much. Overall it was a fun night and of course we will be back again.

A great place. The staff is ultra friendly. They continually are sanitizing games and tables. The 280 location in my opinion is better than the newly reopened Vestavia Hills location. My children and I make our visits weekly.

I would have giving the location a one star but, Ms Cat went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. She was working the register, check in, parties and kitchen while continuing to check on customers to make sure they were happy. Without her this location would be a dumpster fire! I hope someone recognizes what they have in this employee. I saw others in uniform as they did nothing. They stood by and watched her doing everything. They were all young and Ms Cat didn't let her age slow her down. She is the only reason we would come back. I made sure to ask her name before we left and I hope your company management recognizes what a gem they have in her and makes sure she gets proper recognition.

It was an awesome experience with tons of fun! I definitely would recommend this place for anyone, and everyone. You want to have a party here its a great idea for that, and a great place for it to. Or even if you just want a day away from the house, and people, and you just want to spend some quality time with your kid/kids its perfect for that.

Had a great time for my granddaughters 2nd birthday. The staff was very friendly and everything was setup as planned. Pizza was brought to the table hot and fresh without any delay. So many games for any age to play. The reasons I'm taking 1 star away is that the speakers are very loud and with all the people and games on, the temperature inside could be cooler. Other than that I don't see a reason why I wouldn't come back for another party in the future.

Will never come here again. Arrived at 7:45p, was not greeted and everything was shut down. Both reload machines did not work and no one would bother to help. The only communication I received was “Yea everything is shutting down”. However the hours clearly says 9p. I left with quickly with and a crying child.

One star because my kids had a great time playing the games.
The pizza wasn’t cut properly, I had to cut it with a plastic knife to get the slices to come apart. Customer service is a joke, employees acted as I was wasting their time when my kids went to change their tickets for prizes.
Another issue is they stamped our arms before coming in for the “Kids Check”. No one seemed to care that I was walking out of the building with my kids when we were finished. I’m sure glad no other person was walking out with my kids since they failed to check.
I’m glad my kids enjoyed the games but for $80 I’ll take them elsewhere.

Love the new play pass! My son adores this place and the pizza was so good! It was the perfect place for his 3rd Birthday and the adults had a blast as well! We will definitely be back and shout out to on gentleman that worked there! He went above and beyond. Unfortunately I did not catch his name but he is amazing!

Went with my 5 grandchildren Feb. 1 St. 2018. Had a wonderful time! The pizza bar was delicious. Loved the chicken Alfredo and spinach pizza! Chuck cheese. Was absent. But they are afraid of him anyway.lol

The salad bar wasn't fresh and there was no side salad offered. The salad was over priced!! $8.99/unlimited salad. The pizza was nasty and it wasn't worth the money!!! The machines were taking points and I wasn't reinbursed for hitting the jackpot and the machine not spitting out my tickets!!!! I'm gone try the vestavia location soon!! My roommate is thinking of having her daughter's birthday party there. I'm trying to talk her out of it!!

Went back to salad bar, the guy who checked us in with the gold glasses was walking behind the salad bar and I ask him for a fork...showed me his badge and told me he was busy....

Was there yesterday for a birthday party. It was SO hot inside the building and the AC was not working. Everyone was burning up, especially with it being so crowded and 80° outside. The debit/credit machine kept declining my card (no, this wasn’t an issue with my bank because I checked it multiple times to make sure I had the funds available) but luckily I had a bit of cash with me. My kids had a blast though and I never felt unsafe so I guess that’s all that matters. It would have been so much better had the air been working.

My seond time coming to this loacation. Everything was good. A few of the Games was messed up but we was given our Points back. I do miss having all of the Characters in Animatronic Form but that seems to be the way the entire Company is going. Pizza was great.

You should get a giant cat to put that sad mouse out of its misery .
It's absolutely terrible keeping that poor mouse locked away only to bring him out to wave at kids and pretend to talk .
And stop making the staff dance it's really degrading ,even though I enjoyed it thoroughly and the look on their faces said " f#K my life".
I was trying my best to gather as many tickets as I could , I even tricked one of those noisy kids to get my hands on those precious tickets . I ended up with 49 of those bad boys only to find out I was 1 short of getting a mini bag of skittles . But all In all , I loved it and will be definitely back .
