Are you serious charge me for a ranch and don't even put it in the bag. Then don't give me a fork for me Cole slaw. Pathetic. Raw chicken was like rubber when I attempted to bite into it.
Incredibly hungry and decided to stop for some zalads at Zaxby’s. Drive thru attendant was very nice. But I hate to get home in my pajamas and ready to enjoy my meal to discover that NO dressings were given. GAS is too expensive to be doubling back. Very disappointing!
The chicken fingers and fries were not hot, just barely warm. Maybe this was because it was 2pm... The line was slow and only 2 cars in front of me. In my experience the Moody location is better.
Since I eat at Zaxby's all the time, I'm not sure which Zaxby's this one is. Most of the time everything is absolutely perfect. I I've been eating at Zaxby's for years.
The best zaxbys in the state of alabama. I come here on my lunch break and they have always gotten my order right and it is always hot. Very efficient drive thru time as well. Was worried it was going to take forever, but got out of there in no time. Keep it up!!!
Couldn't even place my order. Tried ordering for 3 people and was told that only doordash and drive thru were an option. Tried the drive thru and was told that I could only place 2 orders at a time. The women inside that gave me this information didn't seem to care or have any type of apology.
Excellent Food! I went today for lunch drive thru was wrapped around the building. Inside was packed as well. The service on this busy day was excellent I waited maybe 10 minutes for my food. It was hot fresh and oh so amazing! The staff worked like a well oiled machine. Not one complaint at all. Ke
