Milo's Hamburgers - Birmingham - Photo album

Yesterday we came in 30 minutes before they closed and we received some if the best customer service I gotten in a while... From the cashier to the bust boy to the manager they really was super nice... I will be back!!!!
Awesome service! Very clean restaurant, knocked a star due to mens restroom due to nastiness. Great food nonetheless.
Good, unique burgers with a distinct flavor. Chicken tenders & fries also tasty. Regret that the garden salad is no longer offered, as that was a pleasant menu option. Store is always neat, clean with friendly staff members at each location I've visited.
We don't have Milo's in Colorado, so it was nice to have this classic on my vacation.
I grew up on these. A very special sauce, nicely seasoned beef on a soft bun, which is usually toasted just a little on the griddle, with the sautéed onions. Good fries, best sweet tea in the South, and other items of quality if you wish. The new owners use less sauce than Mr Milo did, but they have
Staff is not friendly and lazy. Walked in was greeted but order runner was slouching over visibly expressing she was tired. Cashier took my orders without looking me in the eye spoke with a unenthusiastic tone. Work on that.
I don’t recommend Milo’s if you want burger and fries. The burgers are thin and the sauce they put on taste like Worcestershire and bbq sauce mixed together. The onions are very strong and chopped to big. One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Fries are crinkle cut and soggy.
The hamburgers are very good and the service is fantastic! The employees are all very friendly and the sweet tea is amazing! I would definitely reccomend this place to go for a quick bite. Parking can be a bit tricky but not too bad.
