Horrible customer service from the manager. It was very busy which I know personally that it can’t be helped. I have about 8 years of fast food service under my belt but I try to be understanding. I waited 20 mins before I got to the box. Once I reached the box I said hello 2-3 times with no respons
Drive through kinda sucks in case you need to leave, kinda like every taco bell in the world how they build there drive throughs so you are stuck and can’t leave till you pay for and get your food!

This is the closest location to me and I love Arby's. Went because my kid asked for it and I wanted to order one of the new lemonades and I requested "easy" ice. I was told that they couldn't do it because of the recipe. This sucked but whatever, I just know not to order lemonades from them.
I and my spouse had a mixed experience. The drive through Representative, was nice and friendly enough. (She gets a 5 star for service). However, the food itself was the problem, we had seen commercials on TV while at the hotel showing beautiful Arby's Ruben Sandwiches, nice looking meat and sad

Said make sure it chocolate twice. And it was a Jomocha shake. I hate coffee . Very disappointed. Ordered cornbeef sliders . Meat was cold on the sandwiches Bun was hard. Cheese was not melted. 4 sandwiches all were the same. Horrible carryout experience
It's been a long time since I've been to an Arby's I got the five piece chicken tenders with curly fries it was pretty good they need to keep the breakfast menu up till 11am in my opinion but who am I to say it was very clean and the peach lemonade was hitting.
