Excellent place to stop while on a long travel.
Food was hot, fresh, and, delicious, restaurant was so clean, and the staff was very friendly!

This location is super busy during lunch (what Chick-fil-A location isn’t?). They have two running lines for orders/drive thru. Kind and awesome staff!! My food always comes out hot and as ordered.
The food quality has gone down drastically since being rebuilt!! I miss the old crew because the food QUANTITY & QUALITY WAS top tier. I live on lakeshore & will drive a couple exits down to another location.
I went yesterday and waited almost 25 minutes for my food IN THE DRIVE THRU. The people were outside the window laughing and talking and not doing there job. The manager needs to roll the tape and get rid of that staff on yesterday. Then the lady who gave us the food just handed it to us and didn't
Food is always good there was a problem with the sprite but they changed my drink with no problem. My children and I love chick-fil-a. We get the chicken sandwich combo or the nuggets combo. Their breakfast is good also, the biscuit is just a little too thick for me. But recommend this place to all
Food taste old and cold within 5 minutes of receiving my order. Inside employees seem to have an attitude with customers and other employees. When you walk through the parking lot it's hard not to step on other people's trash.
Customer service is non existent here. I got my food in 5 minutes which is no problem. I stood in the corner waiting on my drinks 10 minutes after I got my food waiting on someone to help me get my drinks. No one asked what I was waiting on and didn't even acknowledge me. Please avoid this chick FI
I love the new look of the building, but staff is horrible!! I ordered a Southwest salad and they forgot to put my dressing in the bag, I didn’t notice until I got home. I went a second time during breakfast and waited at the speaker for 5min before someone took my order. It’s always an unusual wait
