Heard a lot about Shake Shack so we thought we'd give it a try. It might be a little over hyped if I'm being honest. We all got a single shack burger, milk shake, and fries and the bill for my family of 6 was $78. The burgers were tasty but a little on the small side. The fries were standard crinkles and the shakes were pretty average. All in all I wouldn't pay that kind of money again for what we got. Five Guys is better at that price point.

Enjoyed our first time. You order for yourself on the tablets just inside the door. Our experience included a big rush that ended in a good majority of the staff walking out, but those who remained took care of me and my family. Will be back. Burgers are small, but good.

Good burgers & tasted fresh. Bacon cheese fries were tasty too, but I feel like I could have gotten this food anywhere.

The food is very good! One of the best burgers I’ve had. Reminds me of five guys a little bit. I think the prices are a little high but overall it’s a decent restaurant. Service was fast and the workers were nice.

There were no burgers available, only chicken. However, I wanted chicken. I did not want burned chicken, but that is what I got. I ordered Cajun fries and there was nothing Cajun about them. The dipping sauce was so thick it was more stiff than mayonnaise. The place was also not very clean and the only way to order was the self serve pads. This was the worst meal I have ever had from nearly anywhere. It was my favorite...now....it is definitely not.

Fantastic! Even though it is self service, there was a nice young man there who went out if his way to help and bring us whatever we needed. I wish I knew his name, but it was a lively and talkative young black guy. You will know it when you see him because he greets you with a big smile and insists on helping if you seem stuck. If he is not busy he will even bring your food and drinks put to your table. Excellent service, and delicious burgers and shakes.

Portions and burgers are really small. My $7 smoke shack was more of a slider than a burger. Food tastes just like Freddy's or Culver's but for 2x the price.

Burgers and fries were fine, shakes are ok. There's nothing gourmet here, but it is decent greasy spoon fare.
I did feel as if I was being pressured into tipping which imo is odd because they don't serve you. You have to get it yourself
