Pretty underwhelming experiences here lately.
ALWAYS getting shorted on my sides (that's a medium bowl, none eaten yet, nowhere near full)!
I've also been getting some subpar chicken sandwiches lately :(
I don't wanna have to drive to Pelham for CFA, but at this rate, that might be happening soon.

I don't think I have ever had a problem at this location. I've been for breakfast plenty of times and I always get the chicken bowl and the bowl has always been filled up. Other locations have known to skimp on portions but not this one.

Best CFA I have went to. Service is not perfect, but consistently gets my order right more than other places. Also the line is not as long in the morning as the Montclair and Trussville locations (which should be less busy). Over all my favourite breakfast fastfood place to get food before work!
Hands down the best Chick-fil-A in Birmingham. Incredible service, food’s top notch, and they always keep the lines moving. I’ve watched employees chase down suburbans as they almost pull out onto 280 because they forgot their kid fries…this location sets the standard.
Short wait in a long line. Food great and I was very impressed with their traffic directing. Showed cars where to go with a smile on his face. I'd have lost my patience long before. Good job fella.
