My boyfriend and I love love love this place. We always get veggie bowls with tons of veggies. Their ingredients are indeed fresh. There queso with fresh chips is also very delicious.

We eat here almost weekly for Sunday’s “kids eat free” day. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the food delicious. Often I am there solo with my toddler and the staff goes the extra mile to help accommodate us- which means so much as a parent. Thank you Moe’s off Lakeshore! We’ll continue visiting!

The service here was horrible ! When I go to moes there’s usually a “welcome to moes” but no there wasn’t a greeting . The only person that had great customer service was the sweet Hispanic lady ! The guy in the blue shirt not sure if he’s the owner or manager he was rude ! I asked the older gentleman what was the difference between a bowl and a home wrecker bowl besides the $3.00 price difference and he said one has guacamole and the other doesn’t . Fine so I got the “bowl “ instead . I got the chicken the chicken comes with 5 small pieces of chicken 🤣 that’s crazy right for a huge bowl .The food looked dryed out as well . I asked for a cup of water and the manager said something smart under his breathe about “if you have to ask then” …. Moral of the story I wouldn’t come here again ive been to many moes and never thought that I would come across one like this ! Go to the one in hoover !

I went the other night to pick up a DoorDash order. I did not realize they were closed as there were 2 men sitting in there from another company finishing their meals, and the open sign was on, but the doors were locked. I knocked on the door, waved, called the restaurant; nothing. One person looked at me, and they all just acted like I wasn't there. I could see ther person's order right there on the counter. The least those, "workers" could've done was look up and see the order screen on my phone pulled up. This could've been handled so much better.

Very good food. If you looking for a quick bite this is the place. Food is made right in front of you and you get endless chips and salsa with purchase.
