I purchased the pumpkin cheesecake squares to take to the home I was having Thanksgiving. When I was buying these I was told this was the last of the pumpkin cheesecake squares as Christmas was next. I urge you to continue on with these as everyone loved them and said they would purchase them for the holidays. They are so delicious and I whipped cream to top them off.  Yummy!

The sandwiches there are great!! I had the chicken and beef sandwich. Thry were both amazing. staff is so friendly. I love their strawberry cupcakes too!

AWESOME!!!!!!!!. Fabulous restaurant. Can't remember the name of sandwich I had but it had cheese, spinach, great honey mustard & sliced apples drizzled with balsamic- you pick between turkey or ham, I chose turkey. One of the best sandwiches I've had at a gourmet deli/restaurant. Highly recommend trying this place. Also great service!!!

Yum!. Came in for lunch this afternoon and am so glad I did. I will definitely be returning for the delicious food and amazing customer service! I would not normally be inclined to write a review but this experience was exceptional. The restaurant was spotless and smelled like fresh baked goods. Annie helped me and recommended the Trio salad with the sour cream biscuit- absolutely amazing, and the chicken salad was too. She also recommended a slice of coconut cake and I cleaned my plate. She was so helpful and made my experience great with her outstanding customer service. Her recommendations really hit the spot and I can't wait to bring my mom by. I will DEFINITELY be back and am excited to try the strawberry cake on my next visit :)

Real tea and no Easy-Bake Oven. When I was 4 years old my 6 year-old sister used to force me to attend her tea parties. The tea was imaginary but she did serve little cakes fresh from her Easy Bake Oven. I wasn't worthy of the chocolate cake and had to settle for the chocolate chip. I also had to wear a ridiculous hat and stick my pinky out when I picked up my empty teacup. I thought my tea party days were far behind me. Little did I know...

The two women I eat lunch with on Wednesdays take turns picking the restaurants (once in a great while I get to pick one but since I'm crashing their lunches I don't make an issue of it.) When they told me to show up at Ashley Mac's I had no idea I'd be the only man there.

The first thing I noticed when I walked inside was the intoxicating smell of fresh baked chocolate something that certainly didn't come out of an Easy Bank Oven. It took every last bit of willpower to stick to my "no dessert" rule. The lunch menu is full of sandwiches and salads that would go perfectly at a tea party. I warned my stomach to prepare to be disappointed and put on a brave face and ordered the soup and sandwich. The soup of the day was roasted red pepper. I got half a pimento cheese sandwich to go with it and a sour cream biscuit. I'm not a huge biscuit eater but I've never had a sour cream biscuit and was curious to see how it compared to regular biscuits.

I can't remember what my lunch mates had, except I seem to recall the broccoli slaw getting high praise. I know this: whatever they got, they liked. The roasted red pepper soup was very good. That alone made the trip worthwhile. The pimento cheese was okay. The sour cream biscuit was a good biscuit but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a non-sour cream biscuit.

The place was pretty empty when we showed up but before we were half way finished it was standing room only. This is a happening place. I was very tempted by the To-Go/catering entrees in the freezers next to the area where you order your food--beef stroganoff, baked spaghetti, chicken tetrazzini, breakfast casserole, some of the salads that were on the lunch menu. My stomach assured me that if i picked up some of that baked spaghetti it would forgive me for the tea-party lunch but I reminded my stomach how much it enjoyed the soup and it shut up.

I visited the bathroom before leaving and they do have a men's room in addition to the women's room so clearly I'm not the only man to cross their threshold. In fact as we were leaving a couple of guys in suits were walking in and acted as if it wasn't their first time.

Ashley Mac's is a perfect spot for "Lunch with the girls" (please don't kill me for referring to grown women as "girls"). It's not a bad place for women to take their husbands or boyfriends, either, as long the men remember to extend their pinkies when they hold their cups.
