I want to say thank you to the two staff that served me that day (Friday 15th December between 2-3) Thank you for your patience with me and get the sub I wanted.
I did not understand how the Sub Melts worked, I thought, I chose that, add my salad and sauce but its already chosen for you and my head melted little as that what I always knew subway to be and I got into bit of a panic and the two staff were understanding and lovely and made my experience better.

Nice Subway. The location is excellent in the heart of Moseley so easy to get to. No parking. Service is friendly and efficient and polite. Ingredients are fresh and varied, with a good variety of ingredients. There are a number of bread options also available. The restaurant is clean and tidy and well laid out. Convenient location. good choice.

I don't think I'd ever give a Subway a five star but this one comes close purely due to its convenient location and its uncharacteristically friendly workers.

I love this place completely in the 10 years I've visited this place ive never been let down with costumer service or food or seating x
I would recommend this place and also every other place and I would also recommend the big beef melt with cheese and herb bread beef party jelapenos gherkins onions and southwest sauce and all cheese n toasted :P xx

Nice, clean, friendly. But rather slow. They get confused with larger orders, and don't label each item so you have to rummage through each sandwich to determine which is which!
