Holly, Jack, Karen, Ceejay, Abi, and Leonor (please forgive the spelling) have amazing customer service. These humans make me feel so welcome every time I come in. They are attentive, lovely and go out their way. They have a sense of humour and make me laugh at least once!

I was stuck at Frankley for almost 6 hours awaiting recovery. Having sat for some time in Costa as they had the only comfortable seats the young lady who was working approached me and said she was due to finish shortly and I had been there bearly as long as her. She very kindly offered me a drink as I had been there so long and it was cold. She insisted on making me a coffee and as I was the only person there chatted to me for a while. Her name is Emily and is a credit to Costa and I had noticed during the time waiting that she had excellent skills dealing with the different customers who came and went and was extremely efficient and conscientious. An angel in my several hours of need😊

Costa is Costa, if you haven’t been there before, it’s similar to Starbucks and does ok coffee. They do a good cortado. I don’t normally review a costas if I’ve been in but thought the staff were particularly friendly, cheery and helpful so thought I’d give them. 5 star review today. I hope Costa gives them both some sort of reward 😉

I had cheese toastie with a hint of mustard, wife had a lain hame and cheese toastie, we loved it. Decaff tea and a lattee coffee ( you can get a decaf lattee).

Always pop in here on the way back from Devon/Cornwall😎. Never had any issues with staff, always super polite and very helpful😁, coffee & the cakes always spot on👊, it's a place to relax n unwind with a great view out over the hills🌄 or even sit outside☀️. You defo need this pit stop b4 you hit the M5/M6 jct🤦😭🚙🚗🚛🛻🚙🚚🚛🚗

Very friendly and positive staff. I came to have break,shower and obviously coffee.Place was clean and very well looked after. Nice and polite staff who know how to treat customers. I wish everyone would have the same attitude. Good place to stop for a quick break. I will be gladly coming back when in the area. I can recommend it to fellow drivers.

The staff at this service station are what makes the difference. I guess they get a lot of grief from some customers, but I have nothing but praise for them and their smiles. Long may this continue! Thank you so much. Coffee and cakes are lovely as well
