Our sales representative was Matt. He was fabulous and understood our style. We walked in just to browse (purchased a house 01/21)and we ended up walking out with our house furnishings from HomePLUS.
Our purchase total was close to 12k. Very happy with customer service. The manager Jason and Katie? they were also very nice. Will be back to purchase for guest bedroom and for our sunroom. Overall experience was very good!

I've gone to Home Plus a few times and haven't been able to purchase things, was just looking. Today I FINALLY was able to make a purchase and Matt helped me. It was a great experience. He wasn't pushy or too friendly like sometimes sales people are and he didn't hover and make it an uncomfortable environment. Matt was just the right amount of attentive and was fun to work with. Matt was just a normal person doing his sales job and I really appreciated that he wasn't over annoying about it and had answers for all my questions. I would recommend Home Plus, specifically Matt at Home Plus. He made it easy. 🙌

Went in for the first time to just check things out. Definitely just average discount furniture - nothing too special as expected. The issue I had is that the salesman are nice but very pushy. When we first came in one salesman approached us initially to ask us if we were looking for anything in particular. I explained that we were not, just looking around. He ran through the whole sales pitch and left us alone for a little bit. Soon after, another guy approached us and did the same thing. I explained again that we were just looking. Got the whole sales pitch again and he left. Then the first guy comes back a little while later to ask again how we were making out. Then the second guy comes back again to ask us how we were making out. As we were leaving, one of the same salesmen comes back up to us and asks for a third time if we were needing any help. I think 5 visits within the short 30 minutes we were there is a bit much. I get wanting to sell your furniture, but chill a little bit...at least during Covid I don't need someone coming up and bothering me every few minutes.

I walked into homePLUS not wanting to buy anything and ready to just browse and compare prices. I was then nicely greeted and conversed with a salesman by the name of Matt Donaldson. I was critical of what was available and he was willing to work with me to find exactly what I wanted. After I continued to look around the spacious store he came to me with a couch he had on their website that had everything I wanted. It was also within a price range that had me intrigued but not ready to buy. Matt was then able to negotiate with me and got me (in my opinion) the best deal I have seen through many trips to many stores and online shopping. So, I am happy to say I purchased today and will be waiting to receive the lovely furniture that Matt helped me with.

After seeing adds on TV and a friend to check this place out I did. Very Happy with all the people involved with my buying experience. When picking out my Mattress I also chose for comfort exchange program. Glad I did! as I was not happy with my mattress and was able to pick out a different one and it was exchanged with no problem. The delivery was fast and the crew was very professional.

I had never been in this store before , but I found just what I was looking for with the help of Matthew Donaldson. He was friendly, well informed and very efficient. I found what I wanted, signed the paperwork and was out of there in record time. My previous furniture purchases at other stores took much longer, including waiting for someone to wait on me. Matthew came to help me as soon as I walked in the door. Impressive service.
