My wife told me if we ever move from Florida to Oregon we have to live within a 30 minute drive of the Huck Truck. Ate there 4 times in 2019, often having to drive from south of Mt. Hood to get there. INCREDIBLE food with unique combinations of everything you can imagine. This is a rare jewel that you should not miss.

If you ever find yourself in Bingen looking for lunch, make sure you stop by the Huck Truck. This guy makes amazing food, and everything is locally sourced and home made. He has an absolutely delicious pork and polenta plate that I highly recommend. You can't go wrong with the pork tacos, either. He will incorporate seasonal ingredients as well, so make sure you visit his online menu to see what's available. And make sure you ask if they have cookies available! Probably the best gooey chocolaty chip cookies you'll find in the area. I never get tired of this lunch stop, you won't regret stopping either. An easy 5 stars.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Huck Truck. These wonderful people catered my small wedding, and our experience from beginning to end was above and beyond. Jessie spoke with my husband and I over the phone for an hour, asking us all kinds of questions, to inform what kind of menu to create for our day. They took into account our tastes, preferences, and style of wedding, and were endlessly accommodating- including when they quickly agreed to cater a different day when we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid. They even helped us communicate with other vendors to take work off of our shoulders and make the day as easy as possible. And that was just the service experience. Their food is off the charts. It's local, and fresh, and feels healthy enough to justify devouring the entire plate, and indulgent enough to want to. They did a magnificent job, and you would be crazy to consider anyone else for your next catering need. If you don't need a caterer, hit up their food truck- you will not be disappointed.
