Port City Cafe - Biloxi - Photo album

The diner has a nice atmosphere. Classic tables and look. The employees are nice and helpful. The food was good for a nice simple breakfast. Only issues I'd say was the hash browns were oily and the service is a little slow.
I would like to start by saying it tasted ok. The wait was a little bit longer than normal. The fried fish and shrimp were good. Friendly service. They were sold out of a couple of things I wanted. I will give them another try to taste other things. The bisque was good.
Great Cafe atmosphere. If you are wanting a sweet treat grab an order of the beignets. They are delicious, with a light crunch on the outside, no taste of oil and a soft inside. The owner is friendly and very inviting. The amount of 'regulars' prove that this place is delicious. Could not ask for a

Man you talk about good food!!!! Had them cater twice for us. Both times the food was GREAT, and the prices were way too cheap. Couldn't believe all the food that we received for the money we spent. Best home cooking we've had out of a restaurant in many years. Great experience.
The food was tasteless. I had grilled fish, fries and green beans. My husband had fried fish and shrimp and he said it was tasteless as well. It was only my second time eating at this restaurant. My first visit was for breakfast and it was excellent. That's why I returned. The staff were super frien
Great service very friendly staff. The food was do fresh. My shrimp and fish was fried perfectly. The mash potatoes and gravy were delicious. The gumbo was immaculate packed with flavor and the shrimp and crawfish so tender.
We went for breakfast. They were out of grits so we tried the hash browns...kind of looks like broken french fries. The service wasn't great and the food was mediocre.
