I am using points from eating at other pizza huts. I'm tired of giving this pizza hut the opportunity to do right. You would be better off going to lil Ceasars. You will for sure receive more meat on your pizza for $5 at the other place. If you order the Supreme or any vegetable as a topping, you can believe this pizza hut will give you the majority of vegetables versus meat. It's like their splitting the meat between 2 pies.

I use to love pizza hut and would make it my go to for last minute dinner, but customer service gets worse with each visit. Quality of food has gone down hill and when I called to tell them they place the wrong sauce on my chicken wings the boy said... "It's right you don't know what it should tase like." I hung up and haven't ordered since. I either get hand tossed or pan pizza and it has been super thin the last few times.

The crust I expected to receive was the wonderful, light, deep dish pan crust. What I received was a thicker hand tossed type of crust with no flavor and dry in texture. Bring back the original deep pan crust and my score will vastly improve.

I don't know if they started using a call center or what, but trying to order was horrible. After 20 minuets of them screwing it up, I gave up and called somewhere else.

Although the pizza was good. We ordered 2 pizzas. One was correct. The other was wrong. We ordered a 3 topping large pizza and received a cheese pizza. The pizza was good but not what i paid for. Also i tipped 25%before delivery, which i would not have.

Ordered two pizzas last week from the heights and there was barely anything on them. I think it's called cutting your nose to spite your face. No cups for to go drinks either!

It took them an hour & twenty minutes to deliver. We got our food & it was old & stale. I get there’s a shortage of employees.. atleast let us know it’s going to take so long & we can just opt out.. was soo gross 🤮

we got the thin crust pizza and when we picked up a slice, the dough was soo thin that it fell through the middle of slice. love your pizza but we ask for light sauce every time and every time it is drenched in sauce.
