DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER. I just waited more than 45 minutes after I had already ordered 45 minutes prior. I arrived on time. It took 1.5 hours from ordering to get my food. Do yourself a favor, even if it looks busy it's best to just go in and order in-person. They will prioritize the in-house ordering line over the backed up web orders. Your food will be fresh and not half portioned. Spent good money on a double meat order and it looked like I didn't even receive a normal portion of meat. Cool beans, mate.

Honestly rediculous. Ordered on DoorDash so there was instructions for food that isn't available and had the ability to call and maybe offer to make something different. Instead my partner got a bowl of cheese and barbacoa. Didn't even have all of the other ingredients in it either.

Becomes rather busy around the lunch hour. It's also a good idea to arrive early to secure a closer parking space. This store will always be remembered since I left my wallet on one of the tables and returned 30 minutes later to find it still there. For the same reason, I appreciate how secure this location is. Used to be a great place. Shame to see how poorly managed it has become. Ordered from app in parking lot for pick up only to find my order had been set aside. Only when I asked about the order did they start to put it together, SUBSTITUTING wheat for corn tortillas. I pointed out the mistake only to be told they ran out of corn taco shells. I explained I can’t do wheat and the attendant said he’d make some corn shells for me. I could hear pans crashing in the back room so I told him a salad was fine. He said for that I’d have to change the order so I settled for 3 tacos minus the the shells. SMH

I did an online order today for pick up. I went in waited for a little, (I know how hectic and busy places can get and how hard workers work) my name got called I went up to grab my pick up order. I went out to my car and checked my bag I noticed they forgot my chips for the guac, so I had to go back in with my son, KINDLY mentioned the chips and they said “we ran out” NO sorry, did NOT offer to adjust the price, did NOT offer to maybe substitute it for something for the inconvenience. And the place was filthy! I didn’t even want to stand and wait watching them make my order with the trash over flowing, food all over the counters, and floors. Also when I walked over to the counter to fill my cup up all the lemonade was gone (ordered online) so I just settled for fountain drink to not make things a hassle. So, bad customer service on top of me being patient and kind, was disappointing. No sorrys, not welcoming, nothing. I wouldn’t recommend going to this chipotle.

I'm very dissapointed. I ordered three soft tacos with carnitas to go. When I get back into my office and opened the bag it was a completely mess. The tortillas were saggy and couldn't be separated from each other so I had to use a fork to eat the meat and everything inside. I couldn't eat the tortillas. That's unacceptable since they charged too much. At least they should know that they should use a better way to pack the food to go.

My husband and I just ordered 2 chicken burritos, both with brown rice and various other things including guac - which is extra, through the Chipotle app, and what we got were two burritos with white rice and absolutely no chicken. The other items we ordered came in the burrito, and while the white rice didn’t bother us that much, we were still charged for a chicken burrito (with guac added) - essentially paying $5 extra for each burrito. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know if they were out of chicken and brown rice beforehand so we could make different choices. Kind of a disappointing dinner
