Review Jade Pacific - Billerica

I was picking up a to go order and a woman was making a scene over a miscommunication between her and one of the hostesses, but another hostess and a waiter diffused the situation so well and resolved the woman’s concerns. I was impressed by their calm and cool, so customer service is top notch. Food quality and prices are good too!

Amazing food, really authentic. I have been in china for 3 years and tasted like i was there. The owners are also very nice :) i will go there again in the next days

We ate at Jade Pacific in Billerica for lunch today and had an outstanding time. I took my mother and nephew out for lunch and we ordered the Lunch Special C, C, and E. Kelly was our waitstaff and did an outstanding job with our food and drinks. Plus, she took photos of us which was nice. Recommend.

I did take out for a New Year's Day gathering of eight people. It was a mixture of several items on the menu. Everyone was satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. Service was good and the employees were friendly. The order was ready in 20 minutes after it was phoned in. A few of the people in the group were their previously, and they were satisfied with the service and their meals during those visits.

Food good,but it's not Boston.To pricey.Combination plate have no appetizers, so you have to buy large orders for everything. TO EXPENSIVE!!!!

Good, old style Chinese restaurant with a crowd of regulars watching the Bruins game. Bartender and staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Really good Mai Tais too. They offer a lot of dishes that I haven't seen on a Chinese menu before. For example, the man beside me got a plate of Southern fried chicken and French fries! He said it was really good. We didn't eat, but the vibe in the bar was comfortable and fun..

We thought the food was just ok, but don't order soft drinks. They serve them in tiny glasses and then charge for refills. Not a good place to cut corners IMO. We will not be returning.

I Love that the waiter came right over w ice water and tea...Large variety...great wonton soup! Moo Shi great! Egg Foo Young divine!! I hadn't been there in years..cant wait to go back!!

Love THE jade been going here MY whole life the only Chinese food around that don't cook with TO much MSG, which I end up really sick from, so it's the only place I can enjoy, and the staff ARE phenomenal!! However the bathrooms need to be upgraded, they the same original one's since I was a child LOL they are really bad!!!

The BEST Chinese food in all the lands. I've eaten here literally 100's of times, and will continue to do so 100's more.

I have been going there since they opened and have never had a meal I was not pleased with, I still travel an hour and a half to enjoy the food. The Mai Tais are the best I have ever had!

The service was excellent, the food is good. They just gained a new customer.

Some of the best Chinese food and drinks on town as well as fantastic service. That being said the building could use a remodel desperately.
