I was picking up a to go order and a woman was making a scene over a miscommunication between her and one of the hostesses, but another hostess and a waiter diffused the situation so well and resolved the woman’s concerns. I was impressed by their calm and cool, so customer service is top notch. Foo

We ate at Jade Pacific in Billerica for lunch today and had an outstanding time. I took my mother and nephew out for lunch and we ordered the Lunch Special C, C, and E. Kelly was our waitstaff and did an outstanding job with our food and drinks. Plus, she took photos of us which was nice. Recomm
