Rocky's

My first time eating Rocky’s was yesterday, 12/28/21. I got a smothered combination burrito and a chili cheese burger. the food was decent but not even 30 minutes later I started feeling sick. I’m not sure if the cheese was old or what. I thought the feeling would pass over. We went to Walmart and after going to get back in the car I started puking everywhere all over the parking lot. I thought that was it and I’d be fine. but after my husband and I got home I had to run to the restroom and began vomiting even more. I spent over half of my day hugging the toilet because aside from the excessive vomiting I had diarrhea as well and thought I’d have to go to the hospital for food poisoning. Keep in mind this was the only thing I ate yesterday as I was too sick to hold anything else down. I couldn’t even drink water because I’d just throw it up. My husband and I eat out all of the time, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced anything like this. I tried calling Rocky’s last night and got no answer. So I called again this morning at about 10, still no answer. I had to call at least 10 times before getting an answer and from the very beginning the woman I spoke with, the manager, was extremely unprofessional and tried disregarding everything I said and was disrespectful the whole conversation. Her response was “we’ve served over 100 customers and this is the only complaint we’ve received” but how can you get any complaints when you don’t even answer the phone? Instead of her trying to cooperate, the whole conversation she just wanted to argue and was extremely rude. I don’t recommend eating here, it’s been an entire day and I’m still feeling sick. The management sucks. I won’t ever eat here again. I want the owners number!
