Caliber Cafe And Spirits

Today was the first day of their new lunch menu. The Caesar Salad was the best I have had in a long time. Was a wedge with the perfect amount of dressing. Their was a mix up with my order...but was fixed right away. The waitress was amazing and the kitchen was open so you could hear the communication between the cooking staff and the waitress. They seem to work well together and know the locals. I will return to this cozy little cafe when I am in Big Sky again.

My husband got the special, Green eggs and ham, I got biscuits and gravy. We are from the south of the United States and I must say those biscuits and gravy‘s were delicious. They’re not like the ones in the south as they put a spin on it. However still very good. My husband loved the green eggs and ham. The chef was friendly, the waitress was attentive. And even the locals said hello. Would recommend to anyone

Absolutely one of the best cafes we have ever been to! The breakfast was delicious and the service was extremely friendly. Over the 2 days we were in town we ate multiple different dishes and each time they were fantastic. Compared to others restaurants in the area the quality of the food was impeccable and reasonably priced. Definitely a hidden gem!
