Love the food, particularly the Bolivian dishes. But the Mexican dishes are among the best in Big Bear, far better than the copy-paste Mexican restaurants in town.
Amazing amazing amazing! This is not your typical Mexican spot. It is Bolivian and we were blown away by the quality and flavors. Get the braised short ribs Asado En Olla, and avocado salad! The margaritas here are huge too. Highly recommend.
We loved the Poke appetizer, a generous amount of large cut pieces of Ahi; a Carnitas plate, large enough for two people and yet I find myself eating far past the point where I was full; a salad; and our 3 year old son enjoyed the cheese quesadilla.

As soon as we entered we were kindly greeted by Gaby the owner. She was extremely nice and made the place feel very homey. She recommended the hot chocolate and it is magnificent! Great tasting plates. As an appetizer we got the cheese dip. Then ordered the carne asada torta with fries and we also had the Chile relleno with a cheese enchilada. And for drinks we got the margarita and the sangria. The kids got chicken tenders. And I'd recommend it all.
Very friendly atmosfere, food was great. The owner will great you in person and make sure you are satisfied.
Service was slow at first but when they arrived they were good. Cook even came out to see how everyone's food was. Lomo Montado was interesting but above average. A twist on lomo saltado puruvian. Nachos were huge
Very solid spot in Big Bear Lake area. Much respect to Miss Gaby and her family for being so inviting and providing us with a solid option in town. Watch out for their Bolivian hot sauce - spicy 🥵 but delicious!!
My photos don't do this justice as we were outside under a red umbrella and the reflection on the food looks weird. But the food was absolutely delicious! Definitely try the avocado salad it was unreal!

Gaby makes great food and really fosters a welcoming environment. I ordered from the Bolivian menu and enjoyed it and look forward to exploring other parts of the menu.
