I have been using Mickey Fine on Roxbury for many years. The pharmacy employs Jasmine, our Medication Synchronization Ambassador, for many years, which means she coordinates refills for our medications. Jasmine is a remarkably warm and blessedly caring individual in addition to being efficient and consistently reliable. She is always available to help smooth prescription renewal with my sadly balky personal physician. She is patient, persistent and sincerely desires to fill all my needs-and does it with a telephonic smile. I say all this because I have noticed a marked decline in workers attitudes in doctors' offices. The administrative help is often unreliable and often either quit at on a dime's notice or have no work ethic. I shudder to think what your operation would be like if Jasmine weren't in that back office. She is a gem

My whole family gives TEN to Jasmine at Mickey Fine Pharmacy who has been our Medication Synchronization Ambassador, like our personal health coach for 10 years now, coordinating and overseeing all our monthly medications and making sure we stay safe and healthy especially these last few crazy years, we have come to totally rely on Jasmine who is always available when we need her and super helpful. We love their delivery service too!

Such a great institution…everything you’d want a pharmacy to be! Staff treats you like family, they deliver, they call me to refill my monthly meds, they have an old-school lunch counter in the back that makes the most delicious everything, and they truly care about their clients. Did I tell you they also have a fantastic selection of gifts and whatever you need? This is the pharmacy that all other pharmacies should aspire to equal.

I can't say enough good things about Mickey Fine Pharmacy. The staff is wonderful and caring, the inventory is such that they always have what I need, and the Grill's milkshakes are pretty awesome, too. Getting me and my family vaxxed was easy and very professional, too. Jeff and Gina run a great, community-centered business, and Jasmine's been our lifeline for on-time and painless medication refills. The rest of the staff are lovely -- professional, knowledgeable, caring and customer service-oriented. Highly recommend!

I've had the pleasure of working with Jasmine for about 10 years in the area for my prescriptions. She is excellent at not only calling me on exactly the right date but had taken the time to coordinate all of my prescriptions in a timely manner so that I only need them delivered to me about twice a month. I'm a Senior and relatively healthy yet I take a good deal of medications to stay that way. She is juggling so much responsibility that it always amazes me that she has never gotten even one item wrong. She is on top of it all. She is always delightful, responsible and courteous.
