My wife and I visited this place back in February 2019. The food is absolutely amazing. When you pull up it’s a little confusing the way Valet is set up, but the service was really good. It’s really chilly in there for some reason. I ordered ribs and my wife had the Prime rib, we shared an order of Calamari. We both enjoyed, very flavorful.

Enjoyed a dinner with family. The prime rib was delicious, served with garlic mashed potatoes and a creamed spinach (contrary to other reviews, it was smooth and much better than the version at another well known restaurant). Definitely enjoyed the Tortuga Rum Cake, may have to make one of those myself (and I'll probably enjoy the experimenting along the way). The service was very attentive and timely, plus the relaxed atmosphere is what I commend the most--which is like a time capsule to an almost forgotten era of the city; but I digress, while the 'ambience' is great, I came for the food. The dinner rolls were a big highlight--for the warm, garlic adorned and easily eaten size that made asking for more a definite want/need. I believe I'll try the soup and rib eye next time, the garlic braised short rib, the fish or the possibly even one of the pasta dishes--how the garlic is used and the type of garlic used is very tasty. While I might try the garlic ice cream in the future, I'll definitely be bringing my appetite and the possibility of my last star on my next visit.

Parking: No street parking so I utilized their valet service for $7.50 Ambience: Festive Service: The servers were welcoming and knowledgeable with the menu. Food: I ordered The Garlic Prime Rib Slab. You can definitely tell the quality of the prime cut of the meat as it was very tender. Not so flavorful on the inside but it could be because the slab is a 20oz+ thick meat. The outside flavor was great. I also tried the Sea bass with acini pasta and fried calamari. Both great especially the well cooked and moist sea bass. Overall: I love Garlic and this place was definitely an experience to remember. Almost everything has garlic. It is upscale in price being in Beverly Hills but worthy of trying out.

Valet parking is easy and quick. Costs $7.50. The restaurant staff was welcoming, very friendly and attentive. Our waiter came by numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed, and were enjoying our food. We both got the lasagna, and it was delicious! The sauce and texture of the cheese was great, along with the mushrooms, spinach and eggplant. What a great balance of flavors and textures. Very different style of lasagna than I've had other places, but we loved it! Their spin on it is great. The decor is old, but unique and quite fun. Loved the powder room in the ladies room too. Pretty fun! It's been a place on our to go to list, and we're glad we went, and will be back for more lasagna 😋

If you love all things Garlic, check out the Stinking Rose (nickname for a garlic clove). My friends and I drove up from San Diego to try this restaurant and we are happy we did. First we tried the Bagna Calda which was garlic, roasted olive oil and butter. We used this on the delicious complimentary garlic bread they bring to the table. With the bread they brought out this fresh garlic pesto style spread that was so good. I got the garlic noodles with shrimp (very good) and calamari which was lightly battered and fryed to perfection. Everything was just so wonderful. The decor was entertaining enough to look around. The place is huge, tastefully dimly lit. We definitely plan on coming back. Our waiter answered our questions and was very knowledgeable, describing the food perfectly. We got our food quickly and we wers off devouring our food! And despite the name, it smelt delightful and stirred our appetites going in! Check it out!

Garlic lovers rejoice, vampires grieve... From garlic calamari rings, garlic martini to garlic ice cream. The dishes are tasty tho, some have stronger garlic seasoning in them and if you have them first and have the milder flavoured one later, you won't taste it. More of a romantic ambience there with 'tentages' for individual tables for the added privacy. Not much of a crowd when I was there, so service was fast and it was good.

Unique restaurant. Free parking before 4pm. I love garlic so this place hit the spot. I felt like it was more than enough food for the price plus you get complimentary garlic rolls. Super tasty. If you are not a fan of garlic please stay away because EVERYTHING has garlic. I got the chicken and asparagus pasta that was delicious. I definitely recommend for a unique experience whenever you have the time. I will go again!

Delicious! Extremely fast service. I think it took less than 5 minutes from when we place our order to when the food came out. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't try the garlic I've cream but, heard it was good. The Garlic chicken was very flavorful but, not overwhelming with garlic. The pork chops were very tender with a nicely balanced sweetness from the sauce.
