I waited for my salad 30 minutes. It was disgusting . Old leaves and chicken is dry.

I had the displeasure of dining in this establishment. I ordered a simple chicken ceaser salad and I got a crouton salad with very little lettuce (and not Romain) as one would expect. And when I mentioned it to my server, all I got was a giggle. No sorry, no offer to take it off the bill, nothing!!! I do a considerable amount of business travel and now know that I will not return to this establishment again when returning to this area.

I ordered a beer and burger with fries, got my Miller lite had a drink and it was bitter, when I put the glass down I saw there was an ice cube in it then as I looked there was a sticky substance inside the glass towards the bottom(not a clean glass). Didn't drink anymore. I then ordered a burger medium with fries. When it came out the burger was burnt on the outside and red on the inside not that nice pink of medium oh ya and I was given a side salad instead of fries.

Good food but slow food service. We were the only party and the staff did their best but their best still was not excellent. I had to go to the bar to get glasses and a pitcher of water, mind you, we were the only people there! The staff was polite but seemed overwhelmed.

This is amazing place. I been coming to this place about 30 years. Yes, 30 years. the 5th time I was there was when I was getting married at the historic Plumbush Inn. We arrived to CS and our ride was late. We pop into the foundry and we never left. We love our town. We have met lost of wonderful people there. Jeff makes the most amazing french toast! They are worth the way 120% We have made it part of living in this great village. On Saturdays we stroll up main street, we walk in and we get greeted with much love from Sharon, and others that have worked at the foundry. Should you find yourself in Cold Spring stop bye, be ready for a wait that is totally worth you while.

This place is fantastic. From the appetizers to the dinner special, and my dessert this place is top notch. The service was also great. Highly recommend this place.
