Bagels were OK a few years ago but now they don't taste like they're using good ingredients, also they taste like they're a day or two old not baked earlier in the morning. Might be OK for some people's tastebuds but I'm used to NJ premium quality. There are other better bagel places around if one looks. I don't recommend if you're looking for tip notch.

Condescending staff. The bagel chef tried to start an argument with me over my attempt to be polite to the customer in front of me by asking if they had ordered yet before I began to place my order. This review is for the west gate mall location and this is not the first time I’ve noticed the bagel chef treating customers this way.

Best bagels I've ever had! Just brought 9 dozen back to Florida. We freeze them and thaw when we get a craving. Everyone in there is so friendly. They even carried the box out to my car for me. Only one negative - there's no delivery to Florida!😁

Got bacon & egg on an egg bagel. The bagel was good but the eggs were slopy and there wasn't a ton of bacon on it (3 or 4 slices). They also don't sell pork roll.

Johnny always delivers! Great bagel and cream cheese choices. And certain sandwiches are fantastic. Like the Funky Chicken.

I call for a bagel and get a roll of bread with 1 slice of bacon and the worst attitude by the worker there when I picked up my order they had A long line they ask 3 time what was my order to then give me the wrong sandwich and it taste like old oil ugh the worst place to get food
