Emeril's Fish House

Excellent service food from one person get 5 stars and the other person get 3 star . The Japanese Wagyu is a must have , lobster tail great , Chilean Sea bass , scallops and the dessert excellent . The salmon not so good and the beef short ribs were tender but a little dry . The Mac and cheese was terrible . I would return for the Wagyu and service

Tonight I enjoyed dinner at Emerils Chop House and enjoyed for starters Lobster 🦞 Bisque, BBQ Shrimp with Grits, Japanese Wagyu Steak with a Bake Potatoe! The Lobster Bisque was and is the BEST I EVER EATEN! The BBQ Shrimp 🍤 with Grits was spectacular! The Wagyu Steak was Cooked perfectly! Our waiters were Chris and unfortunately I don't recall his colleague name but were very tentative and EXCEPTIONAL! I wish to give a BIG SHOUT OUT! TO THE GENERAL MANAGER WILLIAM MCRAE WHO WAS HANDLING THE HOSTING RECEPTION DESK. HE WAS THE UTMOST WELCOMING, FRIENDLY AND ALL AROUND GREAT PERSON. FIRST IMPRESSION IS A LASTING AND HE MADE US FEEL WELCOME! Thank you to all at Emerils Chop House!

That's a negative ONE, First of all this isn't a high class establishment. So stop being so stuck up, smile be nice. Here's a picture of my well done 7oz filet. I'm not playing hockey I don't want to eat a hockey puck because that's what it looked like, burnt and flat and hard. Offer refills on soda and water I need something to wash this down. Good things where the bread butter and bar drink. So that isn't enough to bring me back here. Second restaurant in I ate at while at casino in two last weeks in Wind Creek was just as bad . Both of Emeril's restaurants need new management.

The experience was exactly what we expected. The service was amazing. We had two waiters serving us. Several members of management checking in. The ambiance was inspiring and we had a great time. We didn't hold back we offered EVERYTHING we wanted to try. My husband loved the steak it melted in his mouth. I loved the lamb chops! We both got the lobster tail which was cooked perfectly. The chop salad got gobbled up quickly and the whipped potatoes were perfection. We were not big on the Mac and cheese and creamed spinach but that did not change our enjoyment of the meal.
