Chef Lee's love for his craft really shows through the food coming out of his kitchen. My wife and I did the tasting menu, my wife also did the wine pairing and I stuck to bourbon...the Ode to Stark is a great drink. The staff is great, they had great knowledge of the items on the menu and explained every course as they were served, they did the same with the wine pairing. The quality of the food is unmatched. The tasting menu choices are completely up to Chef Lee and he did not disappoint! Every course was better than the last. I would definitely recommend Bolete and you'll see me there often.

We love Bolete for the superb food, the beautiful people, and the calm, relaxed ambiance. Chef Lee is amazing & very talented. He and his beautiful wife, Erin, as well as their staff take great care of us while we dine there. The fresh ingredients and ever changing menu are incredible. Stephen is the best bartender/mixologist. My favorite drinks include the Greyhound year round and the lime basil gimlet in the summer months. I always enjoy the soups. The desserts are incredible when we still have room for it. No one can turn down the butterscotch pudding. We are grateful that this gem is located just steps away from our office and is also located near us here in Salisbury Township. Thank you, Lee & Erin. We continuously recommend Bolete.

I am a man of few and simple words. Bolete has to be one of the best restuarants ive ever eaten in. Will definitely go again. From the food, the ambience, and the service... everything was outstanding and worth every penny.

You won't go wrong with this little gem. The food was excellent - Scallops from ACK with a beautiful lemon grass orange reduction. Asian pear salad delightful in its simplicity yet complex texture. The ribeye perfectly seasoned and cooked and I really enjoyed the Point reyes Blue cheese. The dayboat Scallops were perfect cooked and paired delightfully with gnocchi. Dinner was paired beautifully with a super bottle of Chateau Neuf de Pape and killer service to boot. If you haven't been you should put it on your list. Excellent all round. We will be back when we are next in town.

Bolete handled our large party with attentive, friendly staff. The menu offered many varieties fresh local produce and proteins, everything beautifully plated, expertly seasoned and prepared. The cocktails were excellent and could easily be paired with dishes. The lemon lavender eclair was simply a perfect finish. Well worth the expense.

Probably the best restaurant I've ever ever been too in the entire world. Just when I think it can't get any better, it does. Thanks Chef Lee for making me love things like oysters and snails. I judge a place by whether or not I could make it better at home. I couldn't even come close to what you do everyday. Kudos!

We ate at Bolete for the first time this weekend and it was an amazing experience. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff, who were all so wonderfully attentive and nice. The food was out of this world! We can’t wait to go back! Also, it was nice to have a selection of inventive non-alcohol drinks to choose from (on top of an extensive bar menu). The cayenne ginger refresher was fantastic.

I would eat here everyday! The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Our waiter was awesome and made excellent recommendations. Had the duck and pork loin- amazing. The cheeseboard- best I've ever had and the butterscotch pudding is a must have, hands down!

It's worth the splurge. Order an excellent mixed drink. Time it so you can splurge & do a wine pairing with the chef's menu. You can also eat in the more laid back bar area.

I'm upset with myself for waiting long as I did to go there. Staff was attentive. Food was on point. Prices were reasonable. Can't find one thing to complain about. Keep up the excellent service. Well done Bolete, well done.

I've been trepidatious about going to Bolete because of the cost. I didn't know they had brunch. Went because brunch was reasonable and it was one of the best meals I've ever had, and in front of a fireplace no less. I was completely blown away. Definitely going back. Like, can't wait to go back, going back.

By far the best restaurant in the Lehigh valley. Every time I've been, whether for a special occasion or just a fun evening out, the service, food, and drinks have all been nothing short of spectacular.

Spectacular spot! We're so happy this charming farm house is back with all of its carefully curated food and drinks. This place is an absolute gem. The attention to details are impeccable from the food to the drink selection, the decor and charm. We've never had a bad meal here. Every dish is bursting with flavor, the ingredients are carefully selected for their quality while also supporting the local farms that are abundant for the area. The 'its latin for mushroom' cocktail is a dream for those who love dirty martinis, this one comes with pickled mushroom brine and is truly divine! Their caviar service is unique with the local accoutrements, and the homemade, warm blinis puts it over the top. Save room for dessert the butterscotch pudding is a staple and the perfect ending to a fabulous meal. Make sure to make a reservation or get on the wait-list. The tavern also serves the same menu as the main dining room.

Really great meal and drinks. Mushrooms were in season, as nearly everything on the menu had them. My mushroom "Ceasar" salad was other worldly and the Alaskan King Salmon was quite good. The mushroom soup was the "star of the show" for one at our table. Only 4 stars as my daughters burger was not good, and I think if it's on the menu, it should be amazing. Service was OK, but a little sporadic with multiple servers. Would definitely go back.

An absolutely magical experience. Entering through the front door is what I imagine platform 9 3/4 is like in Harry Potter. You are instantly greeted by a sweet gem Erin and a delicious cocktail menu. Sit down and enjoy your evening while Lee makes sweet music in the kitchen with his pots and pans.

Definitely a unique dining experience. Reservation made, food must be ordered by 2pm. Call the restaurant from the parking lot to let them know you're there. They call you back when your shed is ready (no dining inside as of 6/17/21). Inside your shed, there is a cooler with a thermos of water, buckets for trash/recycling, and a table and chairs (with some led candles for ambiance). Food is brought to your table (and if you want to add anything to your order like a cocktail, you can). When you're finished eating, you can leave whenever you want. They have your card on file and have already added a 20% tip. The food was unique, as well. Interesting combinations I wouldn't have thought went together, but they did and it was delicious. We ordered the burger and the skate fin. No first course and no dessert. The entrees themselves were plenty of food for us.

Food was expensive and vibe was preppy but I was wearing a dress and had a camera so felt better than everyone else.

The safety measures they've take for Covid-19 are incredible. The sheds are such a comfortably creative idea for winter time dining! The drinks were strong and the food was amazing and the perfect temperature despite traveling outside to bring it to us. Service was excellent. The only thing is I wish there was more lighting but other than that it was amazing! 5/5
