I visited on the day of their soft open, when they were giving away free bowls. There was a line out the door, so clearly plenty of excitement for the new restaurant! I tried the Della Nonna bowl, with rice, meatballs, cauliflower, and tomato basil sauce. It was delicious and filling! All the bowls sounded excellent, and there were a good variety of options - from the aforementioned meatballs to salmon. I'm excited to go back and try it again!

I went here for the first time last week and I have to say I was disappointed. The description made me think of other fast casual bowl restaurants and I was hoping that any mix of ingredients would be tasty but that was not the case with the tuna and quinoa. Not sure if it was the pesto sauce or some other combination but you may want to stick to the recommended combinations.

This place is wonderful! So many delicious gluten free and healthy options. For a low FODMAP diet there were many choices, as well which is very hard to come by when eating out. I will definitely be back! They also had a kids bowl which suited my 4 year old and my friend's 2 year old.

The food is surprisingly delicious and that's coming from a carnivore. Never liked the way cauliflower tasted until I tried theirs . I recommend people who love healthy food to go there. You won't be disappointed.
