Crossroads Diner

A truly wonderful place for a quick and very lightly priced breakfast. The minus 1 is just for the 'chaos' of this place. Don't expect to have seats given to you, instead you must take them and speak up for yourself. I made the mistake of 'waiting' to be seated while I watched 5 people come in and take any of the spots I could've been seated at. There's no real order inside. Once I seated myself I waited 30minutes before either of the waitresses approached me to only give me a menu. Thankfully I already knew what I wanted so I was able to order or I would've been there longer. Furthermore, I was asked to leave seat for another table to accommodate a larger party. Its a very busy breakfast place, so expect to wait. Food was great! Mexican omelet with Tabasco and pepper! 5/5 Additionally noticing an expired liquor license on the wall above the bar I almost hit my head off of. I'm sure there's a new one, but it was slightly misleading haha. Overall, great food, great people, but take your seats before somebody else does. Will definitely come sooner than 9am on a Sunday next time. Very busy and wonderful place!

I have nothing bad to say about our experience other than it being a basic breakfast joint. It was perfect for us in the morning and had everything we could've wanted to eat. My omelet was delicious and staff was very nice. Looked under staffed so they did the best to their abilities. Give it a try !

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place is horrible. I would leave a negative five stars if I could. We waited an hour for our food (it wasn’t even that busy); half of the food was missing, and the other half was undercooked; the only thing that wasn’t messed up was the drinks, water, coffee, and OJ. We brought it up with the server, and all they care about is cleaning the table. The issue was brought to the cook, and he didn’t even bother to talk with us. When we got the bill, they said some things were taken off the bill when those items were part of the meal we ordered, and some of my friends got sick afterward. DO NOT COME HERE!

Incredibly frustrating experience. We sat down for breakfast at 8:45 and ordered immediately since we knew we were in a bit of a rush. By 9:30 we still had not received our food and decided to try and find the waitress to ask for it to go or to cancel the order since we had to leave. She could not care less and brushed us aside. After another 15 minutes of waiting to speak with her we decided to leave $15 cash on the table and leave. As soon as we got up she rushed out and began screaming at us in front of the whole restaurant saying we were trying to skip out on the bill. We explained that we tried getting her attention multiple times to get the bill and all we had received were two orange juices so $15 seemed appropriate. She continued to yell at us so we paid our FULL bill. For food we DID NOT receive. Even after giving her $75 total she continued to chastise us in front of everybody for being rude. At the end of the day we paid $75 for two orange juices.. I don’t understand how that is rude of us or how she still has a job serving people. Terrible experience go anywhere else besides here.

Don’t come here if you are a non-white person. My friends and I (all latinxs) waited for about 15-20 min for someone to come by and take our order. We went inside to get menus and even so no one came to take our order. A white couple walks in and is rapidly attended. They even ordered before us. My friends and I were in different tables and they took our order (after 15 min) but not our friend’s. They had to call the waitress to take their order after 30 min. Mind you every other table after us that was made up of white people ordered without waiting. Another white group of people walked in and were taken to a table with menus. The food was not very good and the service was awful.
