This place is a joke. The lady who took our order was great and when I went to pay, she read my order back to me to make sure nothing was wrong. As far as Wendy's restaurants go, this one just doesn't make the cut. They seem to have a problem keeping important supplies in stock (they frequently run out of things like cups or even food ingredients), and the meat is always overcooked and gummy as though it has been sitting out for a long time.
Not sure what is going on at this Wendy’s lately.
So many random problems every time.
Either they have technical problems..must pay cash, machines down. But mostly now, every order is wrong. Only drive thru is open, so maybe they just do not care.
One order-no cheese requested. Get home and cheese.
Long line, but it was easy to order on the app while waiting. Food was ready except for drinks, which he made fresh. Only thing wrong was they made both sandwiches plain instead of just one.
Considering the situation, well done.
If I could give negative I would. Went to the drive thru, ordered 2 pretzel pub chicken sandwich meals, was asked to pull up since the chicken was still cooking, i pulled up and waited 10 min. About 10 cars served in this time, finally came out with my food, got home and my chicken sandwich was raw.

Food is good, staff are very accommodating but they need more spacious place.
