Review Eat N' Park - Bethel Park

Great staff. They do get busy for the dinner rush. Never had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seated. They have always went above and beyond to satisfy the customers. Nice and easy place visit. Food is very good. Never had any issues with the food. We have done both the Togo food and dine in. The orders for Togo have always been correct. The salad bar is back. And the bar food has been on point. Everything is fresh on the salad bar. Very clean and the staff is always replenishing the salad bar. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a quick sit down restaurant. We have never had any problems with the staff or food. They can handle a party of one just as easy as they handle a party of 15.

Came here with family, just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to an employee in particular at this location. Andrew (table busser - dark hair, brown eyes) was so kind, welcoming and professional. After talking for a little bit, he mentioned that he’s been there for quite a while. I hope Eat N Park is treating him well and are aware that they have one heck of a five star employee! Someone give this young man a raise and a free dinner on the house. His kind heart deserves every ounce of it.

Food's good, place is clean and staffs are friendly, we like to go there a lot. Love those smiley cookies 😊

We got the weekend breakfast buffet. There was a variety of food and was refilled frequently. All around a good meal

This was my first experience at one of these. I am from the south so we do not have these. My husband absolutely raves about this being his favorite place when he comes home. Our waitress, Sue? (I am horrible with names), made sure to go above and beyond for us on Veteran's Day. My husband is active duty air force and when she heard it was my first time being there, she was more than accommodating. She gave me a great experience. The food was great. Everything was delicious. I would love to come back to try all of the soups they offer. (He raves about everything. He says that you can't go wrong with anything you choose here.) Definitely recommend.

We have breakfast here every Saturday and Sunday. Saturday we ask to sit in Kris's section and Sunday we ask for Amy's section. The food is great and the hostesses are awesome. You can't go wrong with this eat n park .

Great staff. Salad bar is re-opened so the kids love it. Never a long wait and food came out before the kids finished their salads. Usually do drive thru pick up which is usually great service as well.

Their blueberry pancakes are to die for. Best item on the menu hand's down! Update: No spoons, I like stirring my coffee with a fork. Really E&P?

We have called there five times this evening to place a take out order and no one answers the phone. We live within walking distance of this location and we have had it. Will not order from here again.... because we can't.

As always, EnP is a great family restaurant. Pittsburgh is lucky to have them! This location is having a new EnP constructed right next to it. EnP did the same thing at their Banksville Road location, building a new one next to the old one, which is smart as it keeps the restaurant open seamlessly. And the construction at this EnP didn't seem to hinder parking that much. I had the breakfast buffet, which was only about a dollar more than their menu items. The eggs weren't as good as if individually ordered (made in mass), but the rest tasted great. Bacon, sausage, various potatoes, waffles, pancakes, French toast, biscuits and pastries, cereal, and lots of fruit. Not bad on a weekday for $7 and change. Plus kids under 5 get the buffet for free if an adult orders it, and all kids get a free smiley cookie. 07/15/15

I stopped here for lunch about a week ago, because I had a coupon for a free slice of strawberry pie with a meal.  I had the Superburger Combo, which was adequate for lunch.  It is nothing more than a fast-food type of burger.  The Strawberry pie I ate for dessert was nothing special.  It had lots of big, tasteless strawberries, covered in red goo, and a sort of graham-cracker-style crust.  I was not impressed.  The service was good, my server was very nice and pleasant.  The bathrooms were not very clean, and it smelled dirty in there too.

Breakfast was ok...they had to remake the pancakes as they forgot to add blueberries....the second batch was raw in the middle...the hashbrowns (square) were dropping with oil and soggy.... I had hoped gor better

My husband and I went there last Thursday for the salad bar, and ended up walking out. The salad bar was<br/>in terrible shape - food everywhere, soup pot was empty , very unappetizing . To top it off, the floor under<br/>our table had dirty napkins , food, sugar wrappers and french fries all over the carpet. If that wasn't bad<br/>enough, the menu was sticky and my husbands had dried food stuck on it. Told the manager , but who knows<br/>if he followed up. Will never go there again- Eat and park is certainly going down hill.

The Worst!. Went the other late night and the place was awfully dirty looking. Food all over the floor; tables not bussed; poor service. This is not the first time this has happened. About a month ago we had the same experience. We thought that maybe it was a "fluke". So we thought we'd try again. Well this is the LAST time we go there. Sorry Eat'n Park. There are MANY better places to have a snack, breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Eat'n Park "NASTY" "NOT GOOD". They must have cheapened up. Salad bar was not kept fresh. All three soups were empty. Fish was just nasty. Guests with me had philly steak and cheese. The were very dry. I asked for the soups to be supplied. Sure... I was told by a young kid... After 45 minutes... It was still not done. I was not pleased. I will not return. The salad bar used to be fair... But now its a "dog"... Don't waste your money. There are other places that are much better.

I love this location very good service and nice n clean. Used to eat here couple times a week when i was visiting the area.

One of my favorite places. I've been coming to this location since 1957. The waitresses seem a bit surly at times but that's just to the regulars who they know and it's part of their charm. The food is predictable but good. The service is excellent. The building is clean and well presented. If I had to find fault anywhere it's that the same person often has to do double duty as hostess and cashier. This occasionally results in a delay in being seated or paying the check. 5/5 stars.
