Food is good but service is awful! The workers act like you are inconvienincing them when you walk in the door. I've been several times over the past couple months and it never gets any better.
Decent except for bathroom. I had explosive diarrhea and the bowl doesn't have much clearance plus isn't maintained well so I had an incident with debris shooting all over the seat

Terrible service! No one greeted us when we walked in and the person who was going to prepare our sandwiches said nothing at all! When my husband told the totally unfriendly cashier that we wanted combos(sandwich, chips and drink) he paid and picked up our bags. I asked the rude woman what size cup

Bethalto Subway is hands down the best! The ownership + management are the nicest people. The staff is trained to always help and make sure the customer is happy. If you have an issue, you can just tell them and they work hard to correct it for you! The food is always fresh & the food line always lo
I was very disappointed with my service. I was served by a girl named Annabel. She seemed very rude and rolled her eyes every time I ordered something, not to mention there was a very strong smell of pot coming from her I’m not sure what’s going on at this subway but I won’t be coming back. Very sad
