Applebee's

First time at Applebee's. Had dinner. Beers and drinks. The bar women was good. Kitchen had lots of fighting ongoing. One women left the kitchen this evening. She didn't use nice words! Made the place dropping some stars in this review. Hopefully costumers in the future will have a better experience?

What an awesome experience!!! As soon as we walked in we knew we made the right choice. Our server was OUTSTANDING!!! She never once let our tea glass get half full. The food was hot and cooked to perfection. Everything was perfect!! If we are ever in the area again. We will most definitely visit again. P.S. They open and hold the doors for you!

I had someone to order me a togo plate from here today and when I received it one of Chicken alfredo plates was really dry and the other one had only ONE CHICKEN STRIP, not chicken breast but only a strip as you will see in the picture. When I contacted the manager he told me to bring it back and make sure I had my receipt which would have been fine, but I explained to him that I had someone bring it to me because I have COVID. RICK (the manager) told me to bring the food up there to him and he would replace ONE of the plates. Again I explained to him that I have COVID and would not be able to do that. He told me to send the food by someone along with the receipt and he would still replace one. That is so disgusting and not ethical at all. I would not advise anyone to go there because obviously RICK do not care and is not following CDC Guidelines.

This was an absolutely terrible experience here. We order our drinks and the waitress only brings back 1 glass of water, and says she doesn't bring men a glass of water when they order alcohol unless they specifically ask. Ok....... it took 16 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. When they brought out our appetizer it was very obvious the chips were the last few from the bottom. They were extremely greasey, very small and broken. We finally get our actual meal and I found raw bacon in my pasta. Yes. Raw uncooked bacon. Gross especially since i didn't ask for bacon. But I also found very cooked, large chunks of bacon, full French fries, onion rings. I politely asked the waitress to remove the meal from my bill. She got the manager. He came over, I politely asked him as well. He stands there for 5 seconds staring at the plate, then says "ill take care of it" didnt apologize, didn't remove the plate from my table, didn't offer me anything else. Its been 8 years since I've ate at an Applebee's because the last time I got salmonella from an improperly cooked burger this was a great return experience.

We couldn’t be seated at a booth because something about the servers can’t serve customers for every 20-30 minutes at the same time so there was a 25 minute wait to sit at a booth. So we sat at a high top instead because there was no wait for those. Seems odd and I think it was the nice way to say they are short staffed. Regardless it was fine and our waitress was nice and proficient. The meal was standard just like any chain restaurant.
