Berthoud Pizza Company

Ordered for future pick up online, paid online & picked up onsite through their pick up window. The process was flawless. My order was ready exactly as scheduled and as ordered. Very friendly staff. There is some seating out front underneath the canopy. Food was good. Fairly priced for the area. We've had better pizza but this pizza was good for the price and I really appreciate the natural ingredients they use. Everything tastes fresh and it's locally owned. Great crust! Always love supporting our local shops & eateries. Will definitely be back.

The first time I went here they were extremely rude because I got there early for the time the pizza would be done. I wasn’t rushing them or anything the guy was just really rude at telling me it wasn’t ready and that the estimated time when placing an order online is 15 minutes. Another time I called at 750 to ask if they were still taking orders & he told me they were all about to leave and walk out because it was almost 8 when the website says they take orders until 8… the pizza here is really really good but their customer service is horrible.

Been going here for 2 years. Placed an order for pickup 50min before. Got there 5min early. Was told few more min (which im ok with i was early). 15 min go by and told another 5 min after hearing the guy at the counter trying to ask of he can offer me something for the delay and was told no. Finally got my order 20min later and wasn't even fully there. They offered a refund on the breadsticks they forgot, but best part is the counter guy told me they missed my order. The managers didn't seem to care to want to help out or do something on there misshap. I had to ask for a full refund just to make it feel like they even cared. Didn't sound like the "manager" really wanted to help out a good customer. Not sure if we will return after this. Atleast they did refund.

The best pizza, salad, and wings in Berthoud! Not to mention the pizza rolls or the Mac 'n cheese... everything here is good! Order is always ready when they say it will be, they get it right, and it's our favorite take out for movie night or when we have friends come over. The online ordering system makes things super easy. We love Berthoud Pizza Co!

I love this place! This is the best pizza in Berthoud by far. And some of the best pizza around really. I am always excited to eat their food and they are always so nice and they have a great selection of specialty pizzas! We usually get a supreme and chicken bacon ranch. 💗 The only way they could improve is if they started to offer delivery!

They skimp on the toppings way too often. When I order extra of a particular topping I expect it to scale linearly. I order olive on my pizza and I get way too little and it is concentrated in the center. When I order an extra amount I get maybe 10% more (not worth it). The weird thing is the meat is the right amount, but they skimp on the cheap things and then barely adjust when ordering more. I don't appreciate being charged extra and they fail to live up on there end--it happens regularly and I'm irritated. The pizza is typically well executed in terms of dough and sauce (not toppings or bake). I'm not sold on the Mac n cheese. The garlic knots are great. I hate their online ordering system. I'm still mad that they ignore online orders on busy Saturday nights without telling you. It leaves you in an awkward spot with potentially hangry people to deal with. Not a great approach to say the least.
