Once again! I get chicken and end up with a bucket of chicken scraps ! I asked for no wings just drums and thighs even if it’s an up charge! But! I got 4 wings! Hence! Church’s chicken is where I should have gone for actual chicken not the parts that should be thrown away. ! Waste of time and money!

This KFC has the worst customer service EVER. We went through the drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes at the speaker to place an order. The employee was VERY RUDE and acted like he was doing us a favor selling us chicken. NEVER AGAIN.... I BELIEVE THAT WHEN EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE THEY MAY DO SOMETHIN

This place is the WORST. My husband went through this drive through, ordered dinner and was over charged. After being over charged he was told to go sit and wait for his food. He went and sat waiting for nearly an hour. Every car around him received their food but our order still wasn't brought out.
