Only go here during lunch if you are extremely hungry because you will get "food for days"... well maybe a day or so :). My italian combo was the best!!! Alot of meat...which is fine with me 😉 and fresh ingredients is what I ❤️ Not to mention everyone is super nice!! Right around the corner from me and will be back soon!

Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time unless you don't feel like eating. They're extremely unprofessional (don't even say the business name all 3 times I called today alone). I called 20 mins in advance to place a pickup order. My husband went to pick it up and was told the order wasn't there. I called back to see what happened and got the run around from the owner who told me that they are busy and the staff didn't realize he made the sandwich. He said "next time I'll make sure you get your sandwich" I said I wasn't sure if we were coming back and he then hung up on me and raised his voice when I called back, and said I threw it in his face that we weren't coming back. The staff isn't the only one's who are busy. We called to place an order and wasted time driving there to stand in line, and still end up with no food. What an absolute waste of time and true lack of professionalism is standard operating procedures.

Terrible customer service. My wife called in an order at 12:13 and was told it would be ready in 15-20. Wasted my lunch break driving there and standing in a line for them to apparently have completely dropped the ball. Then expecting me to reorder and once again wait through the line. I'm a local who's been in many times and will never return. Get your act together. Zero stars should be an option Update - the rude and irresponsible owner decided to try and make excuses for their error and then hung up on us. Everyone is "busy"...so are we, and we were the ones who wasted our time completely and got nothing but ignorance for it. This establishment is a joke.

The reason this place is not five stars is the inconsistency and lately, the scant portions of meat I've been receiving. If I'm spending 12 dollars on a sandwich, I expect to get more than 1/5 lb of meat. I really used to enjoy this place. The quality of the ingredients are great. However, nowadays I just don't know

Every time I stopped in this place they have a different selection of pre-cooked food that is absolutely delicious. This is one of my favorite places to go because the food is that great. They also have me that you can buy there and they make amazing sandwiches as well. You can even get lunch meat here. Everybody is very friendly that works there. I told a few of my friends about this place until this day they still go there a few times a month to stop in and get something to eat and they tell me this is one of the best places that they have been to. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you have not already you will be amazed with the great tasting food that they have. I also get a little to go container for my dog and he follows me around the house every time I bring him a little container home from Kensington Market. That's how much he loves the meat there as well. I definitely give this place a 5-star rating.
