During our re-visit to Berlin on a Monday, all the tea and dessert eateries were either closed or the one that opened closed at 3 pm. So, we visited Island Creamery which had milkshakes (they will make them thin on request) and so many flavors of ice-cream. We had a strawberry milkshake and single scoop sundae with vanilla ice-cream. Generous portions which we could not finish. Strong recommendation and plus for the owner diversity hiring.

This is the best ice cream I have EVER had by far. I've had homemade ice cream from lots of places that were very good, but none of them comes even close to Island Creamery. And the scoops are seriously huge, I would say they're probably double the size you'd get anywhere else. The wallops rocket fuel is a really good flavor I recommend trying, I wish I could eat it all the time now. I'm not even a big chocolate ice cream fan and it is my favorite flavor. The cinnamon and tiniest hint of cayenne really elevates it.

We happened to be in town (1st time) and saw people lining up in front of Island Creamery and we wondered why. It was the last day for them to be open and they were doing a buy one get one free so we had to get some (for lunch haha 😆)

Great ice cream. Lots to choose from! Always a busy spot so bring your patience and your appetite. I love their waffle cones but when I am not as hungry, I choose a kids cup instead. Always a pleasant experience dealing with their smiling employees.

Hands down best local homemade hard ice cream. They also make their waffle cones fresh - that smell will lure you in if the ice cream doesnt. So many unique flavors and large servings, good idea to share. Hit this spot at least once this summer, you won't be disappointed.

So many options to choose from in this little quaint ice cream shop! The flavors are so good. The waffle cones as well. I kept thinking about it on the way home and it's definitely one of the spots we're coming back to in the near future. Everyone was very nice and patient too. There are benches outside for you to sit and eat as well.

Delish ice cream with a fun flavor selection. Portions are generous and you can even get 2 flavors in a "single." There were 4 of us. We all got different flavors and we were all happy. Shout out to the young ladies behind the counter for their smiles, enthusiasm and help!

Absolutely fantastic spot for a sweet tooth craving. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait as lines can suddenly grow when there was no line minutes before. Usually not more than 10-15 minutes however. Ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae which came with 2 flavors of ice cream which was fantastic. Extremely rich ice cream but it didn’t feel overbearing in terms of sweetness. Definitely save stomach room for this amazing dessert.
