Vitality Bowls

Amazing! Finally a place to eat healthy that's good! It's so good you'll FORGET ITS HEALTHY! I am on a weight loss journey. It's very hard and over the years I found out that you have to sacrifice. It is essential to reaching your goals. If there was a medium to sacrifice and happiness this would be it! Vitality bowls! It's like ice cream with fruit...its like dessert all the time! Yes it CAN BE high carbs and lots of sugar depending on what you choose but its healthy sugars you can use for energy and burn off. I'm in here at least 2-3 times a week! They get my money like an extra bill except it actually gives me something back to help me live longer and I dont HAVE TO FEEL GUILTY ABOUT IT AFTERWARDS

Update: I came back here during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the clerk wasn't wearing a face mask. Businesses are a prime source of viral transmission, since they meet with a lot of people and then prepare food that is consumed by others. I don't like them disregarding health guidelines and not doing their part to lower transmission rates, especially when it's just something basic like putting on a face mask. I enjoy getting the occasional meal here, when I'm craving fruits. It's really geared towards healthy eating, and may seem a bit expensive. But, if you compare it to eating out elsewhere in Berkeley, you can get a nutrient packed meal at vitality bowl for about the same price! I usually get one of the fruit bowls, and add on a panini on the side at a discount.

Super pure acai bowls and amazing hearty waffles, to name a few of my favorites. This place just opened and I had a chance to ask a lot of questions about the company to get a good feel of the quality and awareness around what they're selling. The founders of the company are parent's of a child with extreme food allergies and this business was born out of a desire to provide high quality superfoods that are pure and not just go along with some fad. These folks are the real deal and very competitive with the other acai and 'superfood' places in the area. I would argue they are more aware of the quality of their base products that form the meals and dishes they sell. My new favorite place!

I’m SO happy to have a vitality bowl a block away from my house, and this location is much better than their other location across town (service wise) Evey employee I’ve encountered has had great customer service. They’re all pretty young so that’s great that they have a caring positive outlook! I came in once and ordered and realized it takes a little while to get your bowl so I always call ahead and it’s there waiting for me. My favorite is the Superfood but anytime I’ve tried something different, like the VitalityBowl, it’s been great! I’ve also ordered smoothies and a panini all were really good! My favorite thing about Vitaity Bowls is all of the amazing things you can add to your bowl! From bee pollen, moringa, and spirulina .. to pea protein, hemp seeds, and their VB blend.

Had to wait 17 mins for my order..had my kids in the car with the air conditioner on but it took forever just for yogurt bowls never again. I was the only order they had and there was three young men attending to it ! poor customer service I don't care if everything's fresh it shouldn't take almost 20 minutes to make a yogurt ball I make my kids smoothies at home in less than 5 minutes give me a break
