Lovely venue, clean and welcoming. Was disappointed with the coffee, was far too strong and I love strong coffee but it was a bit much. Had Eggs Benedict on a muffin which was very small although very tasty and sauce was perfect. ❤

Awesome experience! Service was great and quality of meals were to a high standard. I didn’t enjoy the slight hint of cigarette fumes in the air which entered from the outside through the open doors however I tried not to let it interfere with the amazing experience. Highly recommend this restaurant

Visited with friends for a catch up and light lunch. (Party of 7) - Warm reception. Great service. Great music. Conscientious CV-19 protocols. I held back a star because even though we sat outside, a nearby table with two cigarette smoking patrons filled the air with smoke that killed the ambience for me... Otherwise, an overall good experience made possible by the always friendly servers.

Best place to go chill ,relax and eat.
The staff is pleasant infact they like family now ,the managers are down to earth and always willing to go the extra mile.
This is by far the best restaurant infact the only restaurant I would go to with my wife that feels like home.
Our favourite dish is nuchos ,as soon as we enter they know exactly what we want 😅, personally I would recommend this restaurant to anyone .

We went to Zacks just after the lockdown ended and was very impressed. I ordered a chicken burger and my daughter had the chicken schnitzel. The burger was huge and tasty, full and perfectly cooked chicken. My very fussy daughter finished the entire plate of schnitzel and raves about it. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the venue clean.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere on a Saturday night. Food arrived quickly and the waitress was friendly. The pizza was tasty with fresh ingredients but the base was too thin for my liking, so I found the crusts somewhat hard and dry. If you're a fan of a thin base, you will enjoy Zack's pizza. The medium-well steak we ordered arrived well done so was also a bit too dry. The chips were nicely spiced and not too oily.

Lovely! Waitress was friendly and engaging and even the other staff were welcoming and charming. Their frozen margaritas were one of the best I've tasted and their sex-on-the-beach uses delicious pulpy orange juice! The snack basket was generous and each item was very tasty

My Husband and I always go to Zack's Restaurant, when we need to shop at Windermere Centre.
We really enjoy their coffee, and their toasted sandwiches.
Their Menu is also really good.
The Managers, and their staff are excellent, and very accommodating, and go the extra
mile, to make you happy and comfortable.
I most definitely recommend this Restaurant.
It has a lovely atmosphere, and has inside, and outside seating.
