Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered online. For some unknown reason, my order wasn't completely received. After arriving, I discovered what they had ready. (4 garlic butters). Bummer!! No pizza!!! I told the lady what ordered. She said it didn't process. So I had order my pizzas again. To get the 2 pizzas I order in the deal online, I would have to leave the store. Order online. It would gave been gracious, if she would have honored the order. Instead I paid and extra $15. I won't be going back anytime soon..

Its about 930pm traveling from florida to indiana i get we get hungry and decided to find a papa johns and stop there. So happens we do a search and there is one only 8 miles away and closes at midnight. We make it to the store and the open sign is on and all lights are on but it looks like there is no one in store. After looking inside the store i spotted someones head behind a small window. So i decided to pull the door and to my surprise it opened. At this point the person behind the window walks to the counter and i asked if they were open as the place was very quiet no sign of anyone doing anything and his reply was ....we are open but only for delivery.. no carry out. I was like really ??? And than i said well can i order a pizza and u deliver to the parking lot of the store and he said no. Why would you advertise open to 12 AM is only 930PM and u cant take my order??? I think the guy was too busy playing games on the pc or phone amd didnt want to be bothered. So i checked area for another papa johns and found one 9 miles north. This one was only open till 11pm got there at 959pm ordered with no issue.

Ordered hot wings an poppers still waiting on them the management wouldn't even talk to me when I called there to see were my food was ordered at 11:04am an still haven't got my food an it's 11:56am an the guy that answer the phone is rude to do business with them this has happen now twice to us an we just got the food 12:00 food wa cold an nasty..

Ordered a pizza at 630. Showed up at 645 was told it would be about 20 more minutes. Went out to the truck and waited till 7ish. Went back in to check still had not been put into the oven. They explained they had a large order placed that is finishing up in the oven. Was told it would be up to 30 more minutes. Asked to cancel it, but then told them not to. Qent back out to the truck to wait. Went back in at 730 and they said thy went ahead and canceled it even though I confirmed that I did not want to. Went to dominos instead. Won't be returning.
