They can do gluten free and dairy free. They can also accommodate other allergies. Yes, service can be slow but the food is so wOrth it. Just be patient!
I had my first experience at this place with my best friends, and my mother tonight. I have always been a Thailand Restaurant kind of guy at the Rogers Location, but after tonight, I will never return to that place. Thai Basil has the best food in town. It was made fresh to order, and all the staff was fabulous. Also: THE OWNER SERVED OUR TABLE! What an awesome experience that was! Keep up the great work! See you guys next week!

Fast service. Kind wait staff. An appetizer was forgotten, but they gave us an extra of something else. Everything was cooked perfectly. One of my favorite panangs I've had in NW Arkansas. Friend's orange chicken looked amazing.
Very suprised how good this little place is. Passing through Bentonville on a Friday at 6pm and this was our first time there. We were impressed with the amazing flavors and how well it was cooked. We dined-in during COVID but their business was mainly carry out and delivery. So, what I'm saying is don't expect great waiter service because their hands were full with the carry-out business. Staff managed to get our food out to us quickly though and made sure we had what we needed. Thank you Thai Basil staff for the really good food!
They're open for dine in as of the 4th. I saw a woman cooking in the back; she had a hair net, face mask, gloves, and an apron on. The gentleman running the register was really polite and also wore his mask. The lighting in the establishment was nice, and I enjoyed the metallic ceiling tiles. I had to get a to go box because there was so much food I couldn't eat it all! Very good experience for my first time there
This is the best Thai in Bentonville.... absolutely delicious!!! Do yourself a favor and come try them out, nicest guys ever work in the front, always polite, smiling and down to earth and so kind! I will not eat anywhere else, they've earned a forever customer! 3 cheers!

Just a heads up if you're picking up that they do "require" a mask but it is not enforced. I and another pickup customer had our masks on and were social distanced. However, a driver for one of the delivery apps came in without one, didn't social distance (i actually moved away from him) and the staff didn't say anything.
The pad Thai was totally worth the 8.95. It was so delicious, and it lasted for a lunch and dinner. The workers were also so kind. Coming back again!

Massaman curry was fantastic. Fried spring rolls were good. They were very busy, but the service was great.
