Loved this place! Awesome food. Great friendly service. Food definitely tastes fresh and is really good. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are very large. Wonderful Honduran food. Right off of I-95. While the outside is a little drab as it is in an old gas station strip mall, the inside is very cute.
Do not be deceived by the exterior. Awesome hidden gem. You will not be disappointed!

Loved our experience here. Definitely a great family run gem that is a diamond in the rough. It seems to be an old gas station, like others said - don't let the location or exterior scare you. The food was excellent! We ordered the meal for 2 so we could sample as much as possible. The meat was tender and tasty and the sides were amazing. Highly recommended!

Excellent Honduran restaurant. High quality food. Attractive presentation. Affordable - most meals in the $10 to $15 range. A little slower paced so if you're in a hurry come back at when you can take more time. This was our first visit and we have now decided it's worth a detour of several miles to do take out on a night where we want something special.

Second time eating here. Both times the food was excellent. Doesn't look like much from the outside and the decor really isn't much worth mentioning but the food is excellent!! Definitely not what you would expect. I've never eaten Honduran food before now so I don't have any other places to compare it to so I can't say if it's authentic, but I do know that it is very good. Does not have a very "ethnic" flavor too it. All the flavors are very mild, not spicy at all. Seems almost like home cooking. Definitely a must try if you get the chance and somewhere we definitely keep on our rotation as somewhere to eat regularly.

4 stars-plus (I rarely give 5). Exellent, authentic, fresh food. Found this spot for lunch while heading north from FL to VA on I95. Very conveniently located. Prices were decent for generous portions and quality.
Not sure why it's named "Casserole" and I must have missed the "Latin" in the google...I don't do hot/spicy foods but we tried it out anyway because of the great rating. The decor is tastefully done and space well laid out. Great use of pallets! :) The owners are Honduran and so is the menu. Our server was super sweet and like me, does not like spicy food :D She said their food was not spicy (unless requested) Yay!
My loaded shish-kabob (forgot the Honduran name) had larger than bite-sized chunks of beef, pork, chicken, and two 'large' shrimp (not "jumbo"); a large piece of a smokey delicious (!) sausage; green pepper, sweet onion, and piece of carrot at each end, all grilled over an open fire...SO good! My meal came generously with 3 sides. I chose rice/beans, guacamole, and Honduran version of "pico de gallo". The guac was also a Honduran version, which basically meant they just added (a crumbly feta-like) Honduran cheese to it. I prefer it without but still enjoyed it. Guac and pico were freshly made to order with plenty of cilantro..mmm. Overall seasonings were delicious and not overdone. I did however find the food to be on the salty side.
Husband enjoyed the "Mayan" omelet, saying it was "ok". It came with pancakes as well as 2 sides. Breakfast items are served all day (always a plus!).

This place is awesome! We had a table of four, and we sampled each other's food. Everything was incredible! Even their white rice was excellent. Even the black beans, which I don't usually care for, were excellent! And they give you a ton of food for the money! We were intrigued by the granola and nut milkshakes, so we got one of each to share- delicious, and refreshingly different!
So the food is wonderful, but even better was the service. Our waitress (I'm guessing she and the cook are the owners?) was wonderful, and though we only met the cook momentarily, he seemed nice as well and gracious.
We stopped by on a road trip, and I think we all agreed to stop by on our way back!
Eat here. Give these people your business. You won't regret it!

Amazing home made food, wonderful people. Food is made to order but worth every second you wait. The amount of food on the plate is huge and it is so good. And they have fresh juices. We ordered the mango and it was absolutely amazing. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant with some of the best Latin food we've ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough.
