Delicious country style food! A taste of this home cooked meal was wonderful and the deserts are devine. The price for lunch was very reasonable. My 12 year old couldn't get enough of the green beans and corn.

The best home cooked southern food around. Buffet style all you can eat. Save room for world-class desserts. This is the Michelin Star 🌟 of comfort food!

My first time here. It was very crowded but we were seated immediately. The food was tasty, especially the fried shrimp, but they hadn't filled up the pan so there was very little. I wanted some salad but they hadn't filled up the pan with lettuce so didn't get any of that. Hush puppies were yummy and there were plenty of those! Good down home cooking though and very filling. A large assortment of cakes and desserts but I didn't get any of those either. Our server was very nice and very fast.

Their cakes and pies are definitely superior to that of Grandson buffet in Hope Mills.

There's a place in Wilson a friend used to own that was similar. I ate here Thursday and at the other place Friday under the new management, I seriously doubt I'll ever go to the other place again. Meadow has about the same quality as his place used to have. As long as my G/F's pony is in training at a farm not far from here, I guess I'll be going to see the pony and eating here once a week! I just wish it was closer to Farmville, I'd eat here more often!

The restaurant just what we expected. We were seated promptly and the table appeared clean and our server was good. We traveled to the restaurant from Fuquay-Varina based on based on rumors that the food was good and the buffet was varied. For people with celiac disease, it was a bust. There weren’t any protein offerings to be eaten. We expected pork barbecue, at least, maybe baked chicken on the buffet line. There wasn’t. The fried chicken and fried fish were pretty good, but the scallops, we couldn’t tell if they were supposed to be fried or grilled or baked. However they were fixed, they were tough and not very good. The collards were okay and the field peas were pretty good. The hush puppies were average. The chocolate meringue pie almost made the trip worth it. Nah, it was really good, but not that good. That was a trip we won’t repeat.

Good home cooking at a good price. The stewed tomatoes are the best ever. The chocolate pie is just like my grandmas.. Boy I wish I had that recipe.

We ate here for our first time last night. They only offer buffet. They have a salad bar, and the ranch dressing was really good. I had a spoonful of the following: potato salad, salad, baked spaghetti, cabbage, mashed potatoes, country style steak, grilled shrimp, and fried popcorn shrimp. Everything I ate was really good. I had a taste of fried chicken, green beans, and collards. They were all really good. The sweet tea was good and sweet. Other items (from memory) that were on the bar were: corn, catfish, flounder and trout, scallops, bbq, hushpuppies, stewed tomatoes, beans, and bbq ribs. For desserts, they had baked banana pudding, coconut cake, pineapple cake, German chocolate cake, chocolate cake, oreo cake, chocolate meringue pie and 8 flavors of ice cream. They had different pricing for kids. All of the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. We will be back.

This is a great, country food buffet. If you’re looking for a place that can cook the food like your grandma used to - this is the place! Its great. The food was delicious, the wait staff were attentive and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Enjoy a slice of their immaculate cakes, pies or other desserts. There are plenty to choose from!

Had to leave - I was eating too much!! Absolutely the best place I've ever been for delicious, down-home country cooking. Everything tastes like your grandmother cooked it. Extensive selections. Desert buffet where you cut your own piece of pie or cake. No idea how they can serve such delicious food in such abundance at such low prices. Will go back soon!
